Luxurious, spacious condo is dreamy in a big, lovely way…and it’s perfectly located Downtown Coeur d'Alene. Guests send comments to us with a 'Wow!' when they arrive to this very well stocked 2 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen) condo with garage. A short 2 block walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Open floor plan, quiet, end-unit with vaulted beam ceilings and all the comforts of home. We host a lot of anniversaries, small family trips, girls weekends and work stays. Stay cozy enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace, and sleep in luxurious bedding. You will be close to all that this amazing area has to offer including walking to coffee, dinners, shopping, the lake & Tubbs Hill. We love providing our guests with a 5-Star stay.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Shannon's condo is ideally located near downtown and grocery stores. Cozy fireplace, throws to cover up when you're chilled. Everything needed in the kitchen; even a teakettle! Beds comfy and warm, pillow choices, towels thick and fluffy. Light and airy; great decor. Big step into the shower, garage is tiny, and it's tricky getting luggage upstairs, but these are minor issues considering the overall experience. Thank you!

Perfect In Every Way

This property was one of our best rental experiences. Shannon was great! It was clean, the location was great, and it was quieter than I would have thought as it is only blocks from the main street...everything was perfect! We hope to come back soon.

The best VRBO ever!

This place completely exceeded my expectations! The layout of the condo was perfect. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was very spacious, the washing machine and laundry area had all we needed: iron, steamer, laundry pods, etc. The place was decorated so nicely and they even had a little coffee bar to use until we made it to the grocery store. Very thoughtful and location was amazing to walk everywhere. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

Perfect Location for Downtown Coeur d'Alene

This spot offered easy access to everything downtown. I was able to have my car parked for 75% of the day and walk everywhere. The condo was quiet and offered all the promised amenities. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful throughout the process. I'll happily return the next time I'm in town.

Everything you need is here. The property manager checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo was meticulously stocked and all information was provided. The property was extremely clean and organized. We will absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone enjoying Couer D’Alene.

This property is the perfect set-up and location for a visit to CDA, and the host is wonderful and highly responsive. This was our second time staying here and we look forward to coming back! Your home was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown (CDA resort), with many walkable activities. I would definitely stay here again next time I travel to CDA.

Perfect place

This was the perfect place to stay in CDA. It was really well set up for guests with great closet space, drawers, benches and hooks. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The fireplace was easy to use and heated the place right up on cold days. Kitchen was well appointed and the whole place was clean and well laid out for visitors. Games in the closet were a bonus! The host has taken care to create a wonderful experience for her guests. Thank you. We’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful!

As a couple of adults who regularly use VRBO for stays all over the world, this is one of the top properties ever! Everything is well thought out from arrival commo to kitchen features. The furnishings are up to date and have a sense of quality. The location is wonderful for walking the area to restaurants, venues, etc. The host is very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We’ve stayed here twice and no question it is a top property for many good reasons. Thank you, Shannon. We’ll hopefully be returning!

CDA Trip

This property was fabulous. I have stayed at many and this was definitely one of the best. Kitchen had everything you need if you choose to cook. The interior very tastefully done to make you feel right at home. Lots of little extras for functionality. Very clean. Only a couple blocks to walk to downtown and plenty of adventures to be had in the surrounding area. Don’t hesitate to rent this place.

Amazing location, darling property!

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was super clean, it was decorated very nicely and the beds were super comfortable. The location cannot be beat - it’s about two blocks from Sherman Ave. which is the main downtown street, so easily walkable to shops, restaurants and the lake. Loved it!

Amazing Condo and Location

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and hopefully we will get to stay here every time we visit our family. Every detail has been thought of including a breakfast bar with coffee, tea, oatmeal and Nutrigrain bars. The kitchen is fully stocked including spices and microwave popcorn. This was especially helpful on this trip because I was able to help my Mom by preparing several side dishes and every pot, pan and serving dish was there that I needed. The decor is exactly what I would pick out for my own house and the place is meticulously clean. I can't say enough about the place and the Host is super helpful and responds very quickly when you have questions.

Step out your door 2 blocks for morning coffee at Calypso's or 4 blocks to Coeur d'Alene Coffee. 3 blocks to trailhead at Tubbs Hill and McEuen park, all just minutes from your condo stay. No need to look for downtown parking or deal with 2-3 hr parking. Bike rentals across the street for those warmer months. Walk Score 85/100.
