The room was clean. The communication with the host was good. It’s hard to find a good restaurant after 9 pm, midweek. We enjoy the amenities. It’s a cute place on a cute street, we heard a little noise at night in the downstairs unit. And, we believe it’s kind of pricey for a midweek stay.

Super cute place! Loved that it was a couple houses off State Street and in a nice neighborhood. Nicely stocked with anything we needed. And the water fountain added a quaintness. Would come back for sure!

My friend and I were on a business trip and didn’t want stay in a hotel so this was a perfect option and so close to all the great food spots downtown!

Great stay

Perfect and Easy Getaway

Wonderful Stay
Felt like home, very clean and comfortable, loved the self check in. There was water, chocolate and coffee for the morning - nice touch. Great location and very quiet too, will definitely come back

Great location close to State Street and very walkable to entertainment, restaurants and beach. Would definitely book this place again!

Great place to stay
Very nice well kept and clean. A lot of small things that aren’t even listed make the stay even more enjoyable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will book again on our trip next year

We loved our stay!
We absolutely loved our little getaway at Casa Valerio! It exceeded our expectations! Everything was modern, thoughtful and super comfy. Highly recommend this place as it is super convenient to the heart of Santa Barbara.

Perfect getaway location. Close to walking around State Street and getting to the beach.
Great place to stay if you're looking for a place to sleep on a busy weekend. Clean, nice, update and much much better than a hotel. Comfortable King Size bed.

Wonderful place near downtown
My daughter and I stayed at Casa Valerio for one night while we were visiting UCSB. The unit was perfect for us. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.

Sweet stay in Santa Barbara
We stayed overnight in Santa Barbara at this cute, well supplied place that was easily accessible to the pier, to shops and many restaurants! It was a great experience, the owner very responsive to questions! We would definitely return!!
