Are you looking for privacy, while still being in the middle of it all? Panoramic Views of Swan Pond! This charming 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers unforgettable views any time of day! The TV in the living room offers both streaming services and basic cable. Enjoy a new large deck for outdoor eating and entertaining, complete with gas grill, perfect for grilling your freshly caught fish! Enjoy the smaller deck over the water, fitted with comfy chairs, perfect for that morning cup of coffee! Home offers central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water views can be enjoyed from the living room and 2 twin bedroom.
Close restaurants include Clancy's water view dining, Jason's Tavern, The Oyster Company, Original Seafood Restaurant and Thai Ocha Cafe!

For full occupancy (6 people) there is additional sleeping in the living room, which are smaller sized Captain’s Beds.

This property is a world away from everything!!! The pond, the wild life and the serenity is what one needs to reset. The house and grounds were beautiful, we'll kept and everything needed to make a cozy comfy stay readily available!

Wonderful time at the Cape. Because of the location of the house we were able to enjoy both beach time and quiet time by the pond. Very few neighbors, so the children were able to have dance parties and dinners on the porch without being worried about interrupting locals! I would recommend this home to anyone who wanted to have space while staying on the cape.

property was just as listed and we were quite happythe only suggestion would be to add railings to the deck and steps.Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much

Disappointed that I needed to bring my own linens as I came from out of state. I did expect there to be at least a roll of toilet paper. (There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper there). The house was a good size and very roomy and comfortable..
