Direct Ocean front Condo with magnificent sunrises

Important note for 2025: this facility is undergoing some exterior construction until further notice. There may be some noise disturbances weekdays during business hours. Pool, beach access and private balcony all currently accessible but intermittently may be closed if a repair needs to be made. This condo accommodates 6 (maximum) people comfortably, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two comfortable sleeper couches in the living area. The large kitchen is renovated and is complete with every appliance and kitchenware you may need. The 15th floor unit offers miles of beautiful beach, and the balcony is accessible from every room. Please book accurate number of guests as all linens (bedding and towels) are provided for number of guests booked. (Camera outside the Unit allows monitoring accuracy of booking, if number of guests or ages are not disclosed properly the booking will be cancelled and or additional fee will apply)

NOTE: 1. The building will be undergoing concrete restoration and renovations on or after August 1st 2022 through end of 2023 parts of the building will be closed and will be noisy (Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm) due to ongoing construction, the condo will remain available except for dates (to be determined) when construction will include this unit. Also note during construction balcony may not be accessible for guest and construction crew safety.

2. Elevators are shared community spaces damage to elevators have occurred with guests jumping in the elevators Elevators are monitored by video any damage to the elevators caused by guests and or their group (family and or friends) during their stay at our condo will be the responsibility of the guests. The fine imposed by the condo association for jumping in the elevator can be $2500 or more.
