Century-old mill home that was completely renovated to modern standards while keeping its' nostalgic charm.

Location! Location! Location! Convenient location is a five minute walk to the river and Drake Park and no more than a ten minute walk to downtown. Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. Please zoom in on the map to see how close you'll be to what makes Bend so special!

Welcome to this warm, inviting home on the Westside.

2 Bedrooms: 1 king bedroom (new king bed as of August 2016) with master bath, second bedroom has a queen bed (new as of December 2016) and a twin bed
*All bedding is washed in between every guest stay.

2 Bathrooms: Master bath with shower, pedestal sink, toilet. Second bathroom with clawfoot bathtub, vanity cabinet, and toilet.

Celebrated daughter’s 16th birthday in Bend and this home was perfect! Very cozy and clean. Location was great to walk downtown and to a concert at the Hayden Amphitheater.

This place was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our long weekend stay in Bend. We could walk to so much, including the river and beautiful parks alongside it. Lots of walkable dining options nearby too. The house was quaint and perfect as a base camp for our time in bend. Clean, and great communications from the owners. Would stay again! Thank you!

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice place and real close to everything we planned for the week. Perfect place for anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in downtown.

Fantastic location for an exploration of Bend! The house was super clean, well stocked, comfortable, and very spacious. Van was very responsive and we super appreciated the early check-in. Again, the location was just ideal for being in the heart of Bend. We walked over to Bend Brewing Company, explored Drake Park and even walked up to Brother Jon’s for dinner. The next morning, we cooked breakfast here, then headed out for a killer hike on the Cascade Lakes Highway before a refreshing float of the Deschutes River. A total Bend experience and a great home base for it! Highly recommend. One side note, and this may be a VRBO thing and not a host thing, I don’t know, but the price we were initially quoted said “all fees included,” but when I went to book and check out, there was both a 500 refundable deposit required as well as a 59 non-refundable fee for incidentals like lost keys and such. I just think it would have been helpful if these added fees were made clear from the get go.

Great location walking distance to town

Very nice home and well equipped. The fireplace is only for looks so that was disappointing. I would recommend and would stay here again

Great location, comfy stay

Our group of two couples had a great stay here! The location was perfect, walkable to Drake Park and the nearby shops and restaurants. The living room area is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Although the claw foot tub is super cute, we did all have to share the shower attached to the master bedroom. Overall a great stay!

Great place, responsive host!

I really enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to go back! The host was very responsive to a couple early issues that I had and everything was resolved super quickly (within minutes!). House is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Great location with an easy walk to multiple parks and downtown. Perfect spot!

We had a nice stay overall. The location is excellent—we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Bend. The home was clean, and the check-in process was very easy.Our main complaints were that the mattresses were quite soft and the sheets were not very breathable. The laundry detergent used was also very strongly scented and the smell lingered on the linens and towels and our clothes.It’s not a luxury property, and a few things felt a bit worn or slightly off, but for the price it was a good value. We did reach out to the host with one question during our stay and did not receive a response.

If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect.

It’s a perfect place to crash if you are busy in the area. Not entertainment friendly. It’s a quant place in a great area. Beds could use an upgrade, but serviceable for a couple nights stay.
