Located in Biltmore/Arcadia area, this is an upscale residential neighborhood & financial district in central North East Phoenix, Arizona. It is the city's most acclaimed neighborhood, largely due to its location, near the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Located 5 minutes from The Biltmore Fashion Park, 8 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 6 minutes from The Phoenix Country Club, 12 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 15 minutes from Oldtown Scottsdale, 15 minutes from camelback mountain. Awake in the in the mornings to the sounds of the desert in a beautifully landscaped backyard of native plants.
The space
This house has 3 bedrooms. The first, the master bedroom, has a super comfy king bed with a smart TV. The second bedroom is a queen size bed, the third bedroom is a queen size bed with a smart TV, the couch is also a bed, house sleeps 8 people comfortably. Large ceiling fans accompany every bedroom and the common area. The ideal Phoenix getaway space you can enjoy amenities including a viewing patio, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, full kitchen and living room.

Fun Getaway

The property was exactly as listed. Well supplied kitchen, though we didn’t cook much. Great patio! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning and evening with a glass of wine the fireplace on in the evening. Comfortable beds. Convenient to many outdoor activities and restaurants. Would book again.

Lovely house,, close to downtown

Looks exactly like listing 2nd time we stayed here.Very responsive host. Perfect fit a quick trip to Phoenix Close to airport, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's. House is so clean and well kept.

Total relaxation

My husband and I are both teachers and had a few days to travel during a fall break. Our stay was everything we could have wanted. Beautiful weather, a lovely home and idyllic backyard. It was so quiet and relaxing. Thank you for the fantastic home away from home.,

Perfect Family Stay

Great location for our needs in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for us with the master bedroom and bathroom on one side and the two other bedrooms / bath on the other. Common space was also very useful but the best was the outside patio area. We drank morning coffee outside and visited with family in the evenings. Bean bag toss game was a nice touch. The grill was also nice and the kitchen tied in well with our eating in most days. We enjoyed our stay very much with zero negative surprises and several positive ones such as great laundry units, full kitchen with basic condiments and very well appointed extras like trash bags, coffee filter, extra TP and paper towels. I really would give you a higher rating than 5 / 5 if available. We also must say the price was fair and saved us money over any hotel with the extras making it well worth the cost. If you want to be near downtown, the airport or ASU, this place is perfect. We will look for this unit next time we visit Phoenix. Thanks. Ray, Janice and Olivia H.

perfect piece of paradise

The little bit of paradise property in Phoenix lived up to its name. Angie the hostess ensured we felt welcomed. The house was located in a quiet, but centrally-located neighborhood with easy access to downtown, the highways, airport, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was exactly as advertised - very clean and comfortable with 3 beds, 2 baths, a wonderful large living room area to spend time visiting with family, a fantastic outdoor patio area with firepit perfect for the cool mornings and evenings, and a dining room table great for playing games. The appliances were all very modern and functional. There was a booklet on the kitchen counter with all relevant info, e.g. wifi passcode, Angie's phone number, etc. We could not have been happier with our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Arizona State Graduation Trip/Rolling Stones

We totally enjoyed our stay at Little Bit of Paradise in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. The home is very nicely decorated, well supplied with all that anyone needs, and the backyard is beautiful and relaxing! We spent many evenings in the backyard listening to an array of birds, and watching their activity. Angie’s home is close to everything. Minutes from the airport, close to Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale , and was convenient to Glendale for the Rolling Stones concert. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

The cozy green house

Thank you so much Angie for creating such a beautiful space for guests to enjoy . The backyard has a relaxing outdoor space. Wonderful landscaping drawing all varieties of birds , including humming birds. The house is well furnished and stocked with everything imaginable. Beds are super comfortable and the towels are thick and soft. Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant with elegant food and dining. My husband and our two close friends had a great time. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable , neighbors are all friendly. If you need anything Angie responds right away. We hope to return some day.

Phoenix Gem

Location was great. Short drives to restaurants, grocery stores, other shopping like Macy's. Not on a major street, so minimal street noise. All appliances were new/updated. One of the best features of the house was the outside living space and back yard. Neighbors' barking dogs could be annoying.

Paradise in Biltmore for Sure!

My husband and I met our daughter, who lives in Hawaii, in AZ for a quick trip and this house was more than perfect! From the beginning the owner, Angie, was wonderful answering questions and giving recommendations. She was always quick to respond and very professional. The house itself was perfect...clean, comfortable, well stocked with evereything we needed. And the location is great, close to everything yet in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I cannot recommend this property enough! Thanks again Angie for everything! We had a marvelous time and beyond comfortable stay in your home! If we ever return to Arizona, we will be back for sure!

exactly as advertised

We stayed at this property for two weeks. Upon check-in, everything was just as expected. The house was very clean, the backyard was very comfortable and the host were very receptive and quick to answer any questions or address any issues that we had. We would stay here again if we were back in the area.
