Aloha Sal, I am so sorry to hear that our condo/property was not up to your standards. This is Maui, a family friendly place where families love to come together, with their children and experience the beauty and make wonderful memories together. This was a newly remodeled condo, that so many guests have loved to come to visit and make everlasting memories in. All photos posted of this condo are new, and listed for your viewing pleasure. The cooler is located in the closet, I am sorry you missed it. The unit is 1013-15 and the middle door, is the only door with a keypad to enter. We are always available for emergencies after hours, the phones are always on and we check voicemails, so that we are always there to help our guests.
