The property was exactly as listed, it was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything you need. It was easy to contact the host. We have rented in this building many times and we are always grateful for how well it is maintained. Thank you for a wonderful week. Highly recommend this property!

Book this condo! It has everything. The beds are so comfortable and the unit is beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean is amazing. We will be booking again in the future.

We have been renting different units at Ebb Tide for almost 25 years. This condo was, by far, the best! Everything was meticulously curated for comfort and relaxation. From the towels, dishes, and other furnishings to the prompt communication, everything was seamless! I cannot recommend renting this property highly enough.

Amazing place. We have been coming to Florida now for about 16 years and renting homes or condos along the east coast. We decided to try Jeff and Gina, and they knocked our socks off! This condo was one of the best, if not the best place we have visited in this category. Kitchen well stocked, Decor was amazing. Nice luxury large showers, bathrooms, closet access which is not always available. Panoramic ocean front views, ultra clean when we arrived with special towel presentations, can be hard to find lately. Internet was gigabyte speed, TV great, 65-inch Roku TV with Spectrum app to view your local or major favorite national-global news, business networks. The community is gated; parking was covered, for this particular unit, and there was an extra garage available that was packed with surf boards, beach toys, two bikes. We didn't use any of it but we stored our mountain bikes there, which was great. It's a fantastic place. They even let us book an extra day. I would highly recommend Jeff and Gina and the friendly staff at Ebb Tide, which did a great job maintaining, constantly cleaning and keeping Ebb Tide in perfect condition daily.

Overall Nice Condo

Check in process and communication were great. Overall the condo was very spacious and the balcony was a favorite hangout for us. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had in a rental. Lots of dishes, glasswear, silverwear, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and storage containers. Would have been great to have tin foil and more spices and olive oil/spray. Coffee pot is old but works and coffee filters were provided. Bathrooms were also good sizes. Water pressure was ok. Pool towels were provided. Towels in the unit were fine, not a ton but we were able to wash while we were there. One other person noted the sheets in the master suite not fitting properly, we had the same issue of them coming off during the night. I think it was due to a slippery mattress cover. Annoying but not something we couldn't deal with. The beach here was wonderful. Daily long walks. The pool was small but fine. The community gym was a joke...terrible and very old. Ended up having to drive to other local gyms. Also the elevator at times would not be working. Normally I wouldn't care as we would take the stairs but I was in a boot for my foot so again kind of a hassle.

We are a scent free family and the only problem was all the scented products used, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and furniture sprayed with artificial scented products.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this unit and can't wait until we have the opportunity to go again. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities are clean and in excellent condition. These hosts have thought of everything - from kitchen appliances and tools to bidets in the bathrooms. New Smyrna Beach is one of my absolute favorites, and the beach in front of Ebb Tide is fabulous. I can't recommend this unit and these hosts any more highly. (Just don't book the week we want! LOL)
