Great place to stay

The property was as described and clean. The manager of the property was very responsive and we had a great time with all the amenities offered! Great location with lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, beach, etc.

Great stay!

We stayed for 4 days in May and loved our time at the home! The communication with the host, Nick, could not have been better. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen and coffee bar. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils and every appliance needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Short Work Trip

Rented the house for a short work trip with two other team members. Plenty of room to spread out as needed and some great areas to hang out together. The house was clean with all the amenities, we were all very pleased. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family trip

This is a beautiful property and much as described. Luxury personified. Golf type cart for beach use just an added touch which our kids and grandkids loved.

What a place!

Awesome house! We all had a blast! Great view and close to everything. Everyone was amazed at how big and spacious the house was. Property manager was available and took care of us when we needed anything. Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful home!

We all exclaimed “it’s a Mansion!” Very comfortable beds, large common areas to accommodate 10 people. Enjoyed the balconies the pool and game area. Only complaint was the water temperature. Difficult to regulate. We ended up All using the 3rd floor showers overall it was very nice!

Exceeded our expectations!

The home and amenities were amazing! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, beds were super comfy, and all of the extras (golf cart, pool floats, kayaks, etc.) really made the property top notch. While it seemed a little inconvenient at first to send text whenever we needed the hottub or pool heat on/off, our requests were promptly addressed so it was really no big deal! We will definitely be booking this property again!

Great Family Spring Break

Just finished large family spring break trip with 8 adults and 6 kids ranging 8mos to 13 years old. Pool is perfect, but also easy to get to beach! Management company (Nick) was great to work with and answered all our prompts/requests in an extremely timely fashion. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend away

Highly recommend this house. Nick was an excellent, super responsive host. Highlights were the hot tub, fishing dock, & golf cart access to get around. The shower in the master bathroom was also quite impressive. The pool takes a while to heat so we weren't able to use it as much as planned. Overall excellent experience.

Great House

Great property that served our family of 12 very well. A couple minor issues were ants in the kitchen cabinets and the trash cans were full upon our arrival. I raised these issues and unfortunately they weren’t addressed during our stay. Ultimately it didn’t put too much of a strain on our stay.

Amazing Stay

Had a group of us in town for a reunion and the accommodations were well above what we were expecting. The house was incredible! There was plenty to do and we thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend with kayaking, paddle boarding, pool volleyball, and grilling on the pool deck. The golf cart to shuttle our group to the beach for a day was the icing on the cake. Communication from the management was above and beyond and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Guys Weekend

Stay was great and property is better than the pictures. The heating and operation of the hot tub and pool is bothersome because you have to text the property manager every time you want the spa on or the heat turned on. Other than that the place is fantastic and I’d certainly opt for it again.

Great Family Vacation

Everything about the home was exactly as outlined in the ad on VRBO. It was clean had everything you could need for a great stay. Can't say enough about how helpful Nicholas was. His response to any question was answered or solved immediatly. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great family vacation. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Wonderful family get away!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here with our sons and their families. There were 10 of us and this house has tons of room for everyone. Kayaks, paddle board, fishing poles, golf cart, ping pong table are all available for use. Lots of outdoor dining and sitting areas. Two minute ride on the golf cart to the gulf to watch the sunset. We did blow the conch shell from the house at sunset! We did have several issues which were handled quickly.

Incredible vacation

This property was everything as advertised and more! Our family was so impressed and in love with the property, that we booked already for next year. Nick was patient with all of our questions and was accommodating with every request. If you are looking for a home close to the beach with an awesome pool then this is it. We saw dolphins, sting rays, fish, birds, crabs and more. Can’t wait for next year!

Family vacation on the Florida Gulf Coast

We were looking for a beach house near the Gulf, for our family vacation. The group consisted of my wife and I, our two sons, our daughter and her husband and their son. This property more than exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and the back yard was a wonderland. We saw dolphins and pelicans every day on the waterway while enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. Our vacation was a happy experience for all of us.

Besides this place being extremely beautiful, and having all the amenities you could think of! The host Nick is a charm, he was so communicative and went above the notch to help meet our needs. This place was very clean and was well equipped, they look out for their guests. First place I’ve rented that said “heated pool” and it actually was heated! Hot tub amazing, views amazing, this place amazing, hands down you will not be disappointed! It’s enough room for everyone! Thanks Nick for helping make our Christmas one of the best! We will be back!
