Create culinary delights from the fully stocked kitchen with good counterspace, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinets.
There are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with an en suite bathroom as well as two guest bedrooms.

The home is located within an easy 12-15 minute walk to Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster.
We are also located only 3-mile from Sea World. For those that are looking to make the most of city-center fun, a 20-minute drive will get you to beautiful downtown San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport and more!
Bike, skate, scooter, run or walk almost everywhere! Park your car and enjoy all the fun within minutes of your front door.
• This home has a mini-split air conditioning.
• This unit is the upper level (2nd floor) of a Duplex and requires stairs to access. Rent along with the lower unit and enjoy a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths!
Credit card fees are non refundable. 5% of your deposit will not be returned upon cancellation.
• The San Diego Airport has a convenient, central location in the city. However, one of the flight paths goes over the Mission Bay channel, at the South end of Mission Beach. Airplane noise may be heard intermittently throughout the day, flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am
• This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
• Your reservation includes 1 reserved parking space in a shared attached garage. The garage space is only 6`10H x 8`W x 18`9D and may not accommodate all vehicles. There is limited street parking available as well as paid parking a few blocks away.
Important Notes:
Wifi Router Location: Router is located in the living room between the two couches.
Coffee Maker: 12-cup coffee maker
Break Panel Location: Master bathroom behind door
Trash Bin Location: Under outdoor staircase on east alley walkway. Trash collection is Tuesday morning. During the busy Summer and Holiday season, trash is also collected on Friday / Saturday. Please bag all trash!
The City of San Diego starts trash pick up very early. Please put bins out the night before. Trash pickup is every week and recycling every other week. If the bins are overflowing, please bag all trash and place next to the bins. There are also large dumpsters in all local parking lots should you need more space.
Outdoor Areas: The upstairs deck is for your exclusive use. The first floor patio is for the exclusive use of guests renting 726 San Luis Rey Pl.
Partying and Noise: We have a strict noise curfew of 10pm. If excessive noise continues beyond 10pm that disturbs downstairs guest then we will keep your deposit.
