Located on Pine Channel, this home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open living area and kitchen. It has a large porch overlooking the water to enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon read. Located at mile marker 28, just a short ride to Key West (about 30-34 min) or to Marathon about 20 minutes.

Loved the location!

The house is portrayed accurately in the listing. We loved the location (close enough to restaurants and Key West and Bahia Honda, but away from the crowds)The private cove/boat docking area was great. The family fished very successfully from the sea wall and from inside the cove. We rented a kayak and launched easily from the yard. We chartered a boat and the captain picked us up in the cove - so convenient. We enjoyed sunrise and coffee on the porch every morning.

Great location, decor needs update

Cannot beat location! Need to declutter house inside and out. Could have been cleaner. Loved view from house and private location. Beds comfortable. Communication with host very responsive.

Great Location

The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. The house has some quirks that need attention (lights not working, uneven floors, broken plumbing fixtures, junk outside, etc.), but we spent most of our time outside anyway.

Great Spot!

Great location for just about everything in the Keys! Overall awe had a great stay. Good recommendations on local spots to check out and restaurants. We were a bit concerned with the info we received indicating one roll of toilet paper and no dish or laundry soap, but we found the unit well stocked with everything we needed. Would return for sure!

Relaxing

Just a beautiful location, paradise. Spent mornings in the covered porch, husband loved the lagoon for fishing. We brought kayaks and the kids loved it. The dogs enjoyed the large property as well.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay. 4 adults and 2 kids stayed. There was plenty of space and things to do at the house and around the island. Enjoyed an evening at Kiki’s restaurant. It is walking distance to the house. The kids enjoyed fishing, and playing frisbee and soccer in the yard. The house was clean, the view is priceless, and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

The place shows its age but it's in a great location, both in relation to the other Keys but also being right on the water and next to a boat rental place. Great porch and yard. Jennifer was very responsive and quickly fixed an issue we had with the fridge.

Beautiful!

Our family of five adults and a dog had a fantastic week at this beautiful house! We had plenty of space, it was super clean and well kept. The countertop ice maker was definitely appreciated! We didn’t cook but all the tools you could need are there. We did place an Instacart order from Publix for a few things and delivery was no problem. Lots of restaurants are within a short drive and Kiki’s right down the road was a plus and had great food. We spent most mornings and evenings hanging out on the porch enjoying the breeze. Little Torch is a great location for going down to Key West or up to Marathon. We took our dog to Veterans Memorial Park, it’s a small but nice beach a little ways past Bahia Honda. At the house you can step into the water if you’d like (wear water shoes, the concrete can be slick) we didn’t as there were many jellyfish. We enjoyed looking into the water at the various marine life and I saw manatees off the pier at Kiki’s. My conversations with Susan were wonderful, she gave me a call before we arrived and made us feel better about coming down (hurricane Milton had just passed through Florida). I’ll definitely book this house again if possible the next time we come down!

A awesome place to stay in the keys

Great place to stay plenty of room for parking great views house is great needs a little maintenance but its a great place to spend time in the keys Jennifer and Susan where great to deal with even accommodated a change in the reservation would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

We had a great time!

My family stayed here for 4 days and it was great. We had plenty of space and all of the things we needed. The grocery store wasn’t far away. The backyard is beautiful and the sunrises can’t be beat!

The house was perfect for our group. Great location! The boat basin was so important for us to keep our boats in the water and safe for a week. Communication was excellent also!

Perfect location, amazing waterfront property

We stayed for a week with children and loved the location and waterfront access. The house has plenty of seating for 6, a functional kitchen, and was very clean. The water access is incredible and neighborhood was quiet. Kikis is a family-friendly walkable waterfront bar and restaurant. Winn-Dixie is extremely close and for those with Teslas, there's a supercharger right at the Winn-Dixie. The house seemed to have a few projects going that were paused while we stayed there (bathroom updates, outlets not working in various places, etc) but it would not stop me from staying here again and did not hinder our week beyond having to figure out which outlets were working and then putting a standing fan in bathroom to help with air flow. AC worked great and the house was clean and safe. Host is responsive.

Fishing in the keys

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The boys fished the entire week we were here and Kikki's is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

Had a very enjoyable time. The property is very nice and great for bringing a boat. The dockage was good and well protected. I did not give five stars for cleanliness only because there was quite a bit of water around the toilet in the secondary bathroom. We initially thought it may be a toilet leak but cleaned it to see if it returned. It did not so we assume it was left there from the cleaning of the property before we arrived. Other than that, everything was great. Very easy to check in and out. It was nice having a good restaurant right down the street as well. If I book this property again, I will probably stay longer than six nights as there is a lot to do, and weather can definitely impact your plans.

Great place

So glad we found this location. Nice and peaceful but close to anything we needed. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing, watching boats go by. The house was very comfortable. Only wish the 2nd bedroom had a working TV. Our host was quick to answer any issue we had and left some great suggestions on places to eat. I would definitely return to enjoy this beautiful location

Powell summer trip

Great stay! Enjoyed location and property. Just a heads up may have an electrical issue in kitchen and small bedroom with electrical outlets. We had a blast other than that. Would recommend staying.

Quiet getaway perfect for boating and amazing views

We brought a boat with us. The protected bay is perfect with a marked channel (note it is a tight turn to get in during high winds with shallow spots). Plenty of room for a trailer. The view here is very peaceful and we loved sitting out on the break-wall. We all slept comfortable and appreciated that each room had their own AC unit for control. The restaurant that is walking distance had great food, drinks, and live music. Minor thing, but my group wanted it passed along that the toaster needs replaced. Decorated well, but you can tell the place was cheaply renovated. The dresser drawers were dirty and felt uncomfortable unpacking into them. All in all this was a perfect rental for us and we would stay again.
