This Chic style home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. Our home is fourth from the waters edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. The property also features it owns little sandy beach perfect for sunbathing. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean can be seen from the balcony off of each bedroom.

Your boat, up to 24 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters . Looe Key and American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys, along with the excellent fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located five miles away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

Wonderful Stay in the Florida Keys!

Great week in the Florida Keys. Home was extremely clean, very well equipped, had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite bath and it was perfect for two couples. Location was excellent and would not hesitate to book here again.Thanks Melanie!

Condo is comfortable but has poor view of the water

Melanie gets top rating for being quick and thorough in responding to our questions or problems. The furniture was very comfortable and were the beds.The kitchen was well stocked with pot/pans/utensils and dishes but did not have an abundance of silverware so we had to run the dishwasher every day.Our biggest disappointment was the poor viewing of water. The ocean was only visible from the second third floor porch.

Keys stay

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed sitting down by the water any time. It was close to everything we were interested in seeing and doing. Great stay.

Family vacation in the Keys!

Our family loved everything about our stay in Cudjoe Key. The property had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. The property owner was very friendly and helpful and easy to get a hold of. We highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Beautiful home!

Visited for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous home! Plenty of room for a family of four (3 adults and 1 teen) especially having a third full bath. Nice pool area with a heated pool and beautiful views. Close enough to Key West to go back and forth. We will definitely return!

Highly suggested!

This is a great place to call home while visiting the keys. The location was great for exploring all of the other keys including Key West, and it was away from all the noise and commotion. Very easily accessible. The house was super clean and tidy with more than enough room for the two of us. The space would definitely be roomy enough for a family or for sharing with another couple. We would definitely stay again

Great place

Fun times for mini season 2024. Great communication with the host the entire time. She even got me a spot to keep my trailer. There was room for all of the boats at the various docks on premises. The house was clean and the 3 full bathrooms were clutch. The only thing I would change are the beds. They made noise every time we moved. LOL. Hopefully, they will replace them with king beds at some point. The rooms are definitely large enough to accommodate. We felt very safe there and the neighbors were super nice.

A very nice property in a good location

The property is as shown in the pictures. It is well maintained and supplied (although we were one short in wash clothes with three for the four of us) with everything you need to cook meals and had plenty of towels otherwise. There was a minor issue in the kitchen, but it was quickly taken care of. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was a short drive to the grocery store and about half an hour to Key West so very well located for a good time in the southern Keys. We also enjoyed the pool so all in all a very pleasant visit

Beautiful property, well maintained. Pool could be a littke bigger, but if you come here, you come for the fish! Pool was a nice extra though for windy days!

Unfortunately, I had the bad experience of choosing this property as a destination for a mini vacation with my wife, two babies and family. First: On the website at the time of booking it says one price for cleaning fee and the property manager writes to me before going in a text message asking me for information about the guests who were going to go and he told me that the cleaning fee was much higher than what was on the website, when I confronted him, he told me that it was an error on the reservation website. Second: The property manager used the security cameras to watch us the entire weekend and send us messages and calls offensive. Third: The pool is extremely small, believe me when I say extremely small, it only fits a maximum of 6 people, total disaster. Fourth: Be careful with the bicycles because you can fall because they are all rusty and out of maintenance. Fifth: The sleeping mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, but very uncomfortable not from a reservation as expensive as it is plus the cleaning fee expensive. Sixth: Make sure you bring garbage bags because there are none. I found an opinion from another customer in internet in the address of the place who had the same thing happen to me with this property,the property manager makes excuses to collect your deposit.

Nice Stay

Location was great to Key West as well as access to grocery stores. The view from the dock was spectacular. The pool was a bit small but it was not a problem as there were not alot of guests in the pool at one time. The door handle to the oven was quite loose but Melanie got it fixed quickly. Some other minor problems were the following: the clicker to open the gate didn't work, the door lock worked for 2 days but then stopped working, the can opener didn't work which was an issue because we needed to open several cans for a dinner we were preparing(luckily our friends who were staying there had a working one), there was a pan for use in the kitchen that was very scratched up which was not healthy to use and the internet worked about 50% of the time. The temperature in the condo was perfect the entire stay. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this unit.

Great Location-Great Stay

This property is in a great location in the FL Keys. The space was clean and well-appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The grounds are well maintained have access to the water and a very nice pool area. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing on the dock. Restaurants are a very short drive away. Host was the most responsive and attentive of any similar property we've stayed at. This is a great pick for a family vacation in the Keys!

Amazing getaway!

Beautiful and quiet location. Close to Key West yet just far enough to be away from the crowds. Family thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything is as pictured and immaculately clean, truly a gem. Melanie was friendly, always available and always responsive.

Easter /Spring break annual vacation

The property and townhouse were all very nice. If your wanting to go to Key West multiple times during the week, this location is a quick 21 miles. Townhouse was very accommodating for two couples. Pool and tiki patio areas were all clean, plenty of seating, and quiet. Only con would be bicycles need attention due to flat tires. We would book this property in the future.

Spring Break with teenage fosjermen

Everything was perfect. Just like the description. We selected this property because of the boat dock and it’s only a short drive to Key West. We took an 18ft boat and it worked out great. We can’t wait to come back.

Sunrise Beach is always a quiet place to relax. With nearby dive companies, or your own boat, you can explore some of the most beautiful reefs in the Keys just a few miles off shore. Nearby Key West (17 miles) is always a fun trip for a wide variety of food and entertainment. However, three of my top five favorite restaurants anywhere in the keys are less than 5 miles away. You will be staying in one of eleven stilt homes in this secluded gated community.

Our house has a chic cottage feeling to help you feel like you are at the beach. come relax in the hammock or come and enjoy all the water activity the keys have to offer.
we supply you with sugar, tea, and coffee pods for the keurig as well as ground coffee for the drip coffee pot. We have limited spices and other pantry items that you are free to use during your stay.
We supply some paper towels and toilet paper to get you started and bars of soaps . You will also find bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner , hair dryers, and various other items in case you forget something at home.
