Third/top floor so no one above you!! Community pool included when you're ready to come off the beach! Great local restaurants, mini golf, fishing pier, museum, all nearby! Wilmington 50 minutes/Myrtle Beach 40 minutes away - do it all or just beach it!!

Perfect condo

This is the perfect and most beautiful/comfortable condo right on the beach. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we will be back again! We have been coming to Ocean Isle for 11 years and this is by far my favorite place to stay!

Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful vacation here at Ocean Isle. The condo was perfect. We only needed to bring beach towels. Great location, with beautiful views. Our host, Cheryl, was great to work with. We look forward to coming back!!

Beautiful Beach views

The Condo was perfect. We all thought it was cozy, calming and serene. We spent 4 nights and hated to leave. People around us were all very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and we lacked for nothing. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great week at OIB! This was the 2nd year at the condo for myself, my husband and our son. We will be back again next year. It is perfect for us. It’s clean and the amenities are so nice. Sheryl is a wonderful host.

Cozy and well organized

Our family of four had a lovely stay this past week. The beds were very cozy and we all slept well. The kitchen was stocked and organized which made cooking and clean up very easy. We loved the location! Getting back and forth to the beach was a cinch. The pool was a game changer and gave our boys options!! We loved exploring on and past the rocks. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was exactly as expected. Great location on Ocean Isle, with great views, very clean, well maintained home. Couldn't have asked for much more. Perfect family vacation home. Thanks so much my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant vacation

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was well maintained and everything we needed was at hand. This particular property is on the far west end of the beach so it was pleasantly quiet and peaceful. Best of all was seeing the dolphins, which in 35 years of going to Ocean Isle we had never seen at other parts of the beach.

We vacationed here for over 10 years (originally we are from CT and MA) and KNEW this was our retirement spot! We made the right choice! You can do as much or as little as you want - in my case I retired from Procter & Gamble and got into Real Estate here and absolutely love it! No snow, no ice, lower cost of living, close to the cities but not too close and loving it all!

We are both ocean lovers! We grew up going to Long Island Sound and Cape Cod. Had to be near the beach - this property checked all the boxes and we decided to share it with others and stay here only in the off-season! Enjoy the views, the salt water smells and the friendly but not crowded beach! Look to the left and see the "terminal groin" or jetty - it has fixed the beaches and keep the sand here!

Right on the island, there is mini golf, home made ice cream, museums, turtle watching, concert venue (near the mini golf) with free concerts every week in the summer. Every town around has a "nightly" concert and it's all free! Just bring a chair and enjoy yourself. Go next door to Sunset Beach and turn right as you get onto the beach - about a mile down on the right (in a sand dune) is The Kindred Spirit Mail Box - have you read Nicholas Sparks book? It's about this unique spot. Look in the mail box for journals/diaries. It really is unique! Sunset Beach also has a planetarium that's fun for the kid in you or for the kids! During the summer, lots of Farmer's/Craft Markets in both towns. But if the beach is calling you, answer and enjoy!
