🏰 This condo is a side view unit located at phase one of A Place at the Beach.

The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is on the east side with a balcony facing east to parking/buildings next door. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom as well as the porch.

It offers a master bedroom with a private bath and king sized bed.

Bedroom two offers twin beds. A queen size sleeper is in the living area. (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.)

Enjoy brand new appliances and features such as:

No smoking 🚭. First floor. Accommodates 6.

Important to note! Bed linens and towels are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We found the perfect place to stay during our visit to Ocean Isle, NC! Online details were accurate, our condo was spacious, clean and super close to the ocean. We enjoyed the amenities and loved the coffee bar. Our host checked in with me to make sure there were no issues and if we were enjoying our stay. We love that she was so caring and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Location is great- easy to get to either side of the island and perfect to short or long stays. We'll be visiting again and highly recommend Sea La Vie for an amazing weekend getaway!

Great stay in OIB!

Cute, little spot close to the ocean! We walked in our bare feet to the beach and pool - it was the perfect spot for kids. Home was clean and decorated exactly as pictures show. The hosts thought of all the little extras - flavored coffee and creamer, beach toys and chairs, and books and games for children. The porch is also super cute and we enjoyed sitting outside in the AM. Thank you for having us!

Outstanding OIB

This property was everything and more than we needed. The hosts were easy to contact, had everything ready for our arrival, and the place was spotless. This was one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever been in. The bathroom was supplied with everything we would need for a long stay. Thank you so much Marni for such a perfect space.

Calming luxury steps to the beach

We just loved staying at Marni's place. It felt like a boutique hotel level of decor, linens, furniture -- but also very homey at the same time. Everything is done to such a high standard -- nicer kitchen appliances than I have at home, top-notch washer and dryer, lovely dishes and cutlery and on and on and on. Marni has thought of everything you might need -- beach chairs, etc. Place was impeccably clean also, which is kind of a miracle for an oceanfront property to have it be so spotless and sand-free. Location can't be beach, Ocean Isle beach is so beautiful and calm to visit and the fact that you have private beach access here is such a bonus. A real five-star gem of a stay at the beach. Thanks, Marni!

Summer Vacation

We had a lovely stay for our family vacation. Marni was very communicative and helpful and her place was clean, well-kept, and beautiful. We enjoyed using the community pool and being just a short walk away from the ocean. We hope to come back again. Thanks Marni!

Epic Girls Weekend

It was a great beach house. We had lots of fun. I didn’t realise I had to go barefoot in the property so my plantar fasciitis was a bit of a problem because I didn’t bring slippers but I kept my feet up and it was ok. The TV in the main area didn’t work so we snuggled together in the main bedroom. All in all it was a very memorable weekend

Nice and convenient

This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. It was great to not have to Brooke own beach chairs and umbrella. Marni was quick to respond with any questions. We will be back!

Wonderful trip

The condo was extremely clean and communication with the property owner was excellent. The only down fall was the 10:00 am check out time. Other than that everything was excellent!!!

Beautiful and peaceful!

Such a beautiful property right on the beach—easy access to all Ocean Isle and surrounding areas have to offer. Property was clean and well maintained and the decor was lovely. We enjoyed cooking in each night—the kitchen had everything we needed. When I couldn’t find the cheese grater, I texted Marni and she immediately responded that there was one available. My family commented several times how perfect it was. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to the beach. It was so quiet too—we were impressed! Also I was a little worried about parking, but parking was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Wonderful

I can’t say enough about this place. Everything was pristine. I’ve never stayed in a place where there were so many extras. Marni had loads of beach towels and beach equipment, along with a drawer full of personal hygiene items in case we forgot or needed anything extra. We communicated before and during our visit. Marni was very prompt and helpful with suggestions. Being our first visit to Ocean Isle, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Marni.

Such a Lovely property! Perfectly equipped and just the right size for my son and I. Loved it!!

We were traveling last minute and looking for something on the beach that was in close proximity to where my son was playing ball. After we found this gem, the booking process was easy, and everything was shared with me quickly (confirmation, check-in/out procedure, parking, key code, etc). The owner was gracious and checked in on us to make sure we got in with issues and checked out without issues. I couldn’t have asked for it to go more smoothly.

Amazing Stay

We absolutely enjoyed our 7 day vacation at Sea la Vie! The unit was beautiful, updated, and clean. Being directly on the beach allowed for easy beach access for early morning and late strolls on the beach. Thank you! We will definitely book again.

Clean, tidy, and convenient

Perfect unit for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all you might need. Very clean!! Easy and quick access to the beach! We would definitely rent again! The owner was quick to reply to my questions also.

Marni moved from NY/NJ to NC 15 years ago and started visiting Ocean Isle Beach. It was then that she set her sights on starting to save to one day own a "Place at the Beach"

10 years later, Marni teamed up with her mamma to purchase this amazing beachfront retreat...

"We spent 8 months rehabbing it! We ripped it down to studs and even replaced the subfloors. We poured our love and attention to detail into making this a super comfortable and luxurious beach getaway." - Says owner Marni Blythe, "We love our guests!"

Amenities are awesome. 112 steps to the beach, and an oceanfront pool... it makes enjoying the ocean incredibly easy. We love sitting out on the porch and watching the ocean as well! Close to shopping, bars & restaurants, nearby other cities, and towns.
