This was our second long term stay and we had a super time! The house was, as expected, very comfortable with many amenities suitable for a longer term stay. Melissa is a great host and very responsive to anything that comes up. The location is great and neighborhood park great for dog walking and sunsets. Would definitely recommend Sun Casa!

Our family loves this house so much! It is well appointed has everything we need located Close to all the places we love to go and feels like home away from home our host is ever so gracious and attentive to any of our needs and we just know we’ll be coming back again and again. I would highly recommend it, but truthfully, I don’t want the secret to get

This property is excellent.. nice location, easy to get around town, from city center to grocery shopping. What is great it is the most well equipped rental from the kitchen to the games that are there to use. Neighbor hood is quite and easy to walk, has a small park with walking path. Melissa was great! The house has be taken care of with recent updating. Truly enjoyed or stay and will keep it at the top of our list for our next visit to Santa Fe.

This house felt like home, It is bright, comfortable, well appointed and located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is large and equipped with a bbq grill and comfortable seating. Restaurants and downtown Santa Fe are only minutes away. Melissa was a great host, who provided welcome gifts of locally roasted coffee and snacks--much appreciated after a long drive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and hope to return again.

Kitchen was perfect and many thoughtful items were available so we weren’t running to the store. Sunny, open floor plan and a perfect office for those who need to “check in” when out of the office. Loved the shady patio and birds, perennials, breezy pines. Both bathrooms were large and sunny. Would recommend this for anyone who prefers a spotless well-appointed home. Plan to return!!

Our family including pet stayed for 6 weeks and had a fabulous time. The house was super comfortable and very well stocked for a longer stay. Our dog loved the fully fenced in yard. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes from almost any Santa Fe attraction yet quiet with a neighborhood park down the street. Sunsets from the park are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will be returning.

Great house + location!

Our whole family loved the house and location. It's only a coupe miles to downtown Santa Fe with tons of great restaurants, art galleries, museums, etc. The large backyard was perfect for our 3 kids and dog to run around. The house has everything you'd need to explore and enjoy the area.
