The house is awesome and perfectly located. Everything was clean and functional. The only issue we had is all of the beds are VERY firm. We had a great stay and would strongly recommend this house.

We thought the home was very nice and really enjoyed our stay. We thought it was going to be in walking distance of downtown Venice but besides that it was great!

Clean, new home easy driving distance from beach and nursing home where my mother resides. It was just what I needed for a home base for visiting with my mother.

Great Place!

This house is a beautiful home, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a upscale stay. We did have a lil hiccup getting in, but the owner was very quick to jump on the issue and get us in the house.

Great home looks even nicer in person. Beautifully decorated and kitchen has everything you need. Loved screened in porch for relaxing and reading. Nice large TVs. Must have car to get to downtown and beach (10 min drive is very convenient, or could Uber). Also 2 Publix grocery stores and an Aldi near by for those who like to cook or forgot something. Quiet neighborhood. Park w/ swings for kids nearby. Very clean and family-friendly. Highly recommend.

Great location for downtown life and beaches!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for our family - close to Caspersen Beach where we love going shark teeth hunting, the downtown for restaurants and shopping after a day at the beach & the park literally across the street was something our kids liked in the mornings! The property is very clean and nicely decorated with new furnishings and very well stocked. We would definitely return!

Great home very convenient location

The home is very clean, brand new and well equipped. Mattresses were very comfortable. Everything functioned and worked as it should and we had a great stay. The neighborhood is cute and extremely convenient to the Horse Show grounds as well as downtown and grocery stores. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for a few days and while some may love this home, it was not what we usually stay in. This home felt particularly like it was built for short term rentals and when I book a home, I do not want to feel like i’m at a hotel. Builder grade home, noise from the highway, multiple emails from property manager including one about extra charges if trash cans aren’t set at the road. This manager also places a credit card hold for possible damages which again, just lends more to a hotel type vacation. Master and twin beds were the firmest beds I’ve felt and water pressure was low.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at this beautiful house however vrbo is a site for short term rentals and your own stay was only 3 days. We do our best to provide guests with all needed information and most find it positive experience when they receive reminders about trash and/or list of place to eat at or visit when staying with us. Automated messaging is the new normal and we utilize it to stay in touch with our guests. Hotels have holds and we are allowed to do the same instead of charging people for damage deposit and than needing to refund it which takes time. Again its a preference from our research with majority of our past guests. We are sorry if your expectations weren't met and hope another vrbo will be a better experience for you!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay in this well-kept home. It was super clean and everything seemed brand-new. The bed was so comfy which made it easy to sleep in due to the dark shades and quiet neighborhood. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be for our daughter's wedding. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend this little house to anyone who is interested.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was immaculate and communication with the owner/manager couldn’t have been easier and they were very responsive. It was very close to downtown Venice and the beaches, and there is plenty of shopping nearby. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, including a nice starter basket of essentials like trash bags and dish detergent. We definitely used the coffee maker! We loved the layout of the home and that it was on a nice quiet street (very close to a park that we would have used if we had any kids with us). We will definitely stay here again!

The best rental weve ever stayed at

This place is so cute and extremely clean! We were blown away at how clean it was. Very modern decor, super cute. Loved hanging out at the outdoor patio. We have two children under 2 and this place had everything we needed (pack n play, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach wagon, kids cups and utensils, etc)! It is also right next to a park and my almost 2 yr old had the best time there. Super safe neighborhood that was in the most convient location. It was so close to multiple beaches, shopping, and food. Beds and furniture were comfy. My daughter also loved the small table and floor pillows (to have her tea parties). Also the pack n play has a bassinet which was perfect for my 1month old baby. We will definitely be coming back if we ever visit venice again!
