The room and location were perfect. Everything was clean, very updated and all instructions were very detailed and easy to understand. Our family especially loved evenings on the nice rooftop!

Very clean, lovely decor, nice amenities and welcoming atmosphere. Great parking spot right next to front door of VRBO. Excellent location that is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Fantastic communication with the host!

This property was perfect for our stay. The upstairs and downstairs layouts were very beneficial for our needs. Our family of four could comfortably stay in the upstairs portion and the other couple we were traveling with had privacy/space from us in the downstairs portion. The house was equipped with so many small details (bandaids, a cooler bag, beach towels, etc) which made for such an easy traveling process. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck and would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay with our family! Updated, clean and perfect location. Walkable to everything downtown Charlevoix has to offer. Host was easy to reach with any questions and very flexible. Would definitely return.

Best end of summer getaway

Host was the BEST!!!Betond accomodating. Location soo close to everything. Condo was perfect. Amenities top notch. Would 💯 stay here again!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Kelley was an amazing host and was very accommodating. You can't get a better location in Charlevoix! The rooftop area is such a nice perk. If you stay here you will be able to walk to every bar, restaurant, or shop in town.

25th Anniversary

Celebrated our 25th Anniversary with family. The condo was very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rooftop deck was Amazing. Had everything we needed, and it was new and beautiful!!! Will be back in the future

Mini Break at Riverwalk

The location to downtown Charlevoix, Lake Michigan and bike trails is fantastic. Also close for excursions to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw and Boyne. The condo is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop patio is outstanding place to watch the boats, read and chill. Our host, Kelley, was easy to get ahold of and set everything up well for check in/out. We will look forward to a return to Riverwalk 1.

Very pleasant with everything you need.

This was a great condo. The owner (Kelly), thought of everything. The condo is very new and the beds are comfortable. There are two sets of washers and dryers, so don't bring as much clothes as we did. Ha. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location condo with roof top deck!

Nearly new. Good parking. Beautiful furnishings. Amazingly well stocked with things most vacation rentals do not have available. Roof top deck overlooking the channel is amazing! Great views with a huge patio umbrella for shade, a heater provided for chilly nights, and high-end patio furniture with covers. Ad pictures are accurate. Kelley is a highly responsive owner-manager and very helpful. We loved our stay. Would come back in a heart-beat!

Ideal location, well accommodated

I had lived near this new condo for several years and loved the location, easy to walk to beach, town, restaurants. We walked down to Lake Michigan, where the girls discovered what a clean, clear, salt-free swim is like (we are on the Pacific). The home had everything we needed, even coffee supplies so that we did not have to go to the store immediately. Being new, everything was up to date, down to the heated bathroom floor. Kelly was most responsive when I had made some calls to her. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was immaculate! Kelley was fantastic from the very beginning - communication was timely and very helpful as this was our first time in Charlevoix. Parking was perfect right next to the unit. Location was near everything - beautiful and walkable to the quaint town. Would stay there again!!! Highly recommend without hesitation.

We had a great time in Charlevoix. Condo was in the perfect location to everything we needed…stores, restaurants, bars. It included all the necessities- paper towel, toilet paper, coffee pods, garbage bags, etc…which is always greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in downtown Charlevoix while visiting for a wedding. The location was absolutely perfect, centrally located and walkable to everything downtown, making it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and waterfront without needing to drive.The host, Kelley, was excellent to work with and incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to enter the property earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone enough space and privacy while still feeling connected as a group. Everything we could have needed was provided, and the condo was very well stocked.One of our favorite features was the rooftop deck. It had plenty of seating and was the perfect place to relax and spend time together after a day out exploring.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in the Charlevoix area, this is definitely it!
