Welcome to Parkview Hollow, your peaceful cabin retreat. Rustic outside, the clean updates inside make for an endless list of fun for all. We are new to VRBO, but we’ve been successfully renting with nearly 50+ reviews on other competitive sites!
Bring your boat!! 1/2 mile from Center Hill Lake, enjoy easy access to our private, community dock. Nestled in the gated Cove Hollow Bay community, enjoy relaxing on the front porch, gathering at the fire pit, playing pool, or relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Enjoy volleyball, playground& park amenities just across the street.
-Cove Hollow Bay is a quiet friendly neighborhood with a noise ordinance that goes into affect from 8 PM to 8 AM nightly.
- While we are NON smoking, NO PET, NO PARTY residence, we do want our guests to make themselves feel at home and enjoy making memories at Parkview Hollow.

Great Weekend with friends
We enjoyed staying at the house in Parkview Hollow. It was very peaceful. We truly did not leave the house once we got there because we just wanted to visit and catch up with old friends. The place was quite spacious for just 2 couples. We each had our separate space with one couple staying upstairs and the other staying downstairs. The guys played quite a bit of pool and the girls stayed mostly on the lower level just chatting. It was nice to have so much room to spread out! The house is in a gated community, so that was a bonus - we knew there shouldn't be anyone hanging about that didn't belong in there. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from it all. If you're traveling in the winter, I would recommend checking the weather before traveling. It would be very very difficult to get in or out if the roads were at all icy/snowy. I probably shouldn't even speculate about that, though. There really is only one steep road and it is inside the neighborhood, so they probably treat that hill with ice for their homeowners.
Krystn is a great host! I originally booked the wrong weekend and tried to cancel and rebook before I consulted her. She was *very* quick to communicate about everything. She handled getting our date changed and assisted me with how to 'handle' the refund/rebook situation. It worked out perfectly. The check-in and check-out could not have been easier!
