BEAUTIFULLY decorated townhouse close to everything. This two bedroom two and a half bath located steps from Grandview, right off Highway 280 and a short 20 minute drive from the Birmingham airport. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property.

This place was very clean and in a very good neighborhood. It was a big plus it was also less than 15 minutes to shopping centers and the mall. Property manager is very easy to reach and responds in a timely manner. Would stay here again

Good deal

The property was good. A lot of stairs that if you know ahead is fine. Nice sized and has all amenities you would need. Easy to get to other areas though traffic on the main road to there is very heavy just to know for getting there and leaving.

Great location, very clean property with room to move! Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Birmingham area. Close to the interstate, grocery stores, dining and many other activities!

Clean an Comfortable

While the complex is a bit older it has been well maintained. The unit itself has had updates and is very clean. Located off 280 it is convenient to restaurants and other parts of Birmingham. There is a Publix abut one mile west of the unit.

Wonderful location!!!

We came to school shop at the Summit and it was SO close by!!! Also close by the gym, bowling place, Target and many excellent restaurants!!!! Location was everything. Loved having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen to cook in….much better than a hotel.

Nice 2 bedroom house

A nice place, clean and was a really convenient location to where we needed to visit. Only thing I would say is there are a lot of stairs / steps at the house if you have anyone with you with mobility issues but it was still workable. 2 nice bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Which was perfect for us.

Great stay and location

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the coffee! The location was great and close to everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms didnt seem to stay cool, we had to buy us a fan. It would be great if there was at least one other tv upstairs, but we brought our own. Also the kitchen needed a big pot and big skillet. But overall it was a really nice and clean.

Home Away From Home

The host was very responsive and was very accommodating. This property was definitely the home away from home experience. Very clean and the location was perfect with the restaurants and shopping center near by.

Beautiful and peaceful outside area

The townhouse is in a terrific location. Easy access to highway, interstate, and all areas of Birmingham. The property was clean, but the upstairs carpet should be replaced as it is badly stained in several areas. Furniture is very good with a few beautifully elegant pieces among more modern furniture. Beds were comfortable, but the air mattress had a small hole, and we couldn’t find the pump. Though the listing says check out is 11 am, it is actually 10 am. There were only 4 coffee cups despite the listing claiming 5 adults can stay at the property. There were no coasters and no facial tissue provided by the host. We were nervous about sitting in the living room with coffee since no coasters were provided to protect the furniture. The cleaning team did not fully refill soap and we ran out in one bathroom. The back patio area was amazing! We enjoyed privacy from a very high (natural) rock wall & foliage that also blocked out all traffic noises. The rain made pleasing noise as it hit the natural parts of the landscaping. It was quite unexpected peacefulness. We used all the kitchen and laundry appliances during our stay, and everything worked as it should. The host was very slow to respond to messages, sometimes not responding at all. This was unexpected because typical hosts respond within 24 hrs. However, the host happily accommodated our request to check-in 3 hrs early. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable visit. We would stay here again.

This condo is a nice place and a nice neighborhood. No complaints except some items needed repair but other than that all went well with check-in and and our stay.

Left us in a horrible lurch!

We received an email the afternoon before we were to stay at this location - well into a multi-prong Christmas trip - that the property had a water heater leak and our reservation had been cancelled. I didn’t see the email until the next afternoon, as we were almost to the location. I understand circumstances like this happen. But that close to our stay date should have prompted at least a phone call. Will never again try to depend on this owner and would recommend that others be cautious if renting from them.

Love the area!

Overall our stay was enjoyable. My husband and I were in the area to move our daughter into her dorm. It was conveniently located to everything we were in the area to do and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was quite quick to respond when necessary. We do think maybe the cleaning crew was in a bit of a hurry prior to our arrival as we walked in it smelled musty and we discovered the towels in both bathrooms were still quite damp, we assume just pulled out of dryer too soon. We didn't bother to report this just rewashed and dried them and enjoyed the rest of our 8 day stay. We will be in the area again soon and were hoping to stay here again but it's booked, so would definitely recommend!

Nice weekend accommodations

It is a very nice place in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We would definitely use it again. The only reason for 4 star is the carpet really needs updated but in general the rest of the house and kitchen appliances were all very clean.
