4200 square foot custom built beach cottage, just a five minute walk to the beach!

This home has a large gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, large bedrooms with walk-in closets, smart TVs in all bedrooms, luxurious master suite with spa like master bath.

Deluxe children's play set. Parking for 7 cars or motor home or boat.

*Please note that fireplaces are for decoration only and pool heater will not run when temperatures drop below 40 degrees.

We enjoyed our stay very much. 2 critiques, shower in master bathroom draining very slow. Bedroom that overlooks pool, needs to have blackout curtains or shades.

Took the extended family there (11 total) to celebrate out 50th, Plenty of room and plenty of parking. Close enough for daytime excursions to several points of interest and only a short walk to the beach.

Great vacation spot!

We needed a lot of space for a large family in this property delivered. The house is beautifully built, meticulously taken care of, the owner was always available. We loved it, the location was perfect and the beach was only a couple blocks

Beautiful home.

The property worked well for our eleven friends. The location was great as it was a few minutes from downtown yet you could walk to the beach.

Beach House

I loved everything about this house, it’s beautiful inside and out and my family loved the house as well. We needed something large for our big family. Beautiful and large kitchen to cook in! The host was great and easy to reach if needed. If I need another large house to stay in at the beach I will be coming again!

Family Vacation 2024

Wonderful week spent at a beautiful property. Loved the house and pool! The only drawback was it was a little longer walk to the beach than we thought. But all was good!
