4200 square foot custom built beach cottage, just a five minute walk to the beach!

This home has a large gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, large bedrooms with walk-in closets, smart TVs in all bedrooms, luxurious master suite with spa like master bath.

Parking for 7 cars or motor home or boat.

*Please note that fireplaces are for decoration only and pool heater will not run when temperatures drop below 40 degrees.

Very nice home. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, central AC did a great job in the FL heat. Pool was wonderful, and short walk to a beautiful part of the beach. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was perfect and the beach was such a short walk away! The house had everything and if you need something Publix is 3 min away. Tiffany was so great and quick in her responses. We will definitely be back!

This house and location was perfe t for us. Short walk to the beautiful beach and pool outside the door. Plenty of indoor and outdoor meeting space. Huge amount of towels. A plus!! It is on the main drag but once you closed the front door you heard nothing. And Tiffany was very responsive. I highly recommend 4180!!

The house and location were perfect for a group of friends spending a long weekend at the beach. The house has large gathering areas that worked well for our group and is within a short walk to the beach. Our group had a great time here.

Very nice layout and comfortable beds. It is now painted white on the outside (instead of yellow as pictured) so at first that confused us when arriving but the property served us well.
