Great home and host was very responsive with a small issue. Enjoyed being able to house family and friends for an amazing wedding. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

House was a great place to stay! Check in was easy and host even checked in with me to see if we needed anything. We had 6 in our party, so we had plenty of room. Pool table in the basement was fun and the table in dining area is big enough to play table games. Great location in Colorado Springs, very close to great eating and several local attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location near sites and convenient to shopping. Home was spacious and ideal for a family getaway. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and dining accommodated our multi-generational holiday.

Great house, great location, great owner communication. Lots of space, cabinets, closets and shelves.The master bedroom was large with lots of extra space for storage. Nice balcony too. The king bed was comfortable. Be sure to keep ALL trash in the locked bin. The bears will be on the hunt. Go super slow up and down the driveway, it has a dip and a low car will scrape. Overall Awesome

We loved the location of the house. It’s close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, and Bear Creek Park. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed family meals and playing board games at the large dining table and we had fun playing pool. When needs arose Austin was a very responsive host.

The house was perfect for our families. We were comfortable in the welcoming space and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location for Colorado Springs sights was perfect too. Very easy to communicate with the home owner as well.

This home was great and In a perfect location to do the Manitou Incline and explore the local towns! Could not have asked for a better home to stay in and Austin was great to work with! Highly recommend this home

Great location and lots of rooms.

Needed enough beds for everyone and something in town. This was the perfect house for our large group.

Location, location, location! Close to everything. Excellent communication & quick response. Excellent climate control. Comfy beds. Pool table downstairs; firetable on patio. Note that there is no usable front or back yard. Close to Bear Creek Park for pickleball, volleyball, playground, basketball, soccer and picnic areas. Easy access to I-24 & I-25. For those with mobility issues this may not be for you. Master is on the top level. 3 bedrooms up 14 steps then master up four more steps. One bed & bath in basement. Driveway is steep & challenging. Definitely would stay again.
