I enjoyed my time there the only thing was THE ANTSSS. they would just pop up out of no where but besides that everything was great. Host is super understanding and very professional based on my stay.

Very nice family home

Had a nice time staying here, too bad the weather wasn't a little better. This would be a great place for families to stay at with kids.

The stay was amazing well equipped , my young adult boys didn’t want to come home , highly recommend

Fun equipped with all the things you need to just wanna stay in and enjoy your stay we loved we recommend it. We will definitely be returning next time will be just to stay in and enjoy it all , we had to be at several place , our only regret is that we didn’t rent it longer to enjoy it .

Great Location

This home was in a fantastic location, wonderful and comfortable, and had amenities beyond what I was expecting! I would definitely come back and recommend my friends!

This house was perfect! The property was clean, linens and towels smelled amazing, back yard was beautiful, and everything being one level was great for my MIL with mobility issues. Communication with the host was great, any questions I had were answered promptly and it was a very low pressure stay, since she had minimal checkout requirements. I loved that aspect. Checkout being at 11 and there wasn’t a long list of requirements to prepare for checkout, really made the process easier as guests. Neighbors were friendly and it was a relatively quiet street without a lot of thru traffic. We did have to find alternative parking for my husband’s enclosed trailer, but that was on us(we went down last minute for a race and brought our car and trailer). The property wasn’t listed for RV/trailer parking, but the owner/manager of 5 flags speedway allowed us to park the trailer there, so that in no way affected our opinion of the property or the host. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook, utensils, pots, pans, etc. and cabinets and dishes were also very clean. Also had 2 outdoor grills available. My kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty home, with nice backyard

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. I loved the house and big backyard. Almost everything was provided, which was very nice. At the beginning of our stay, we did have a problem with the neighbor's dogs getting into the backyard. We were able to fix the problem- thank goodness.

Family travel with pets

We enjoyed our stay and the house was fine. One negative is that we were informed of a 125 pet fee after booking the residence. This fee was not disclosed prior to booking and was in addition to the booking amount and invoiced separately after booking.

Please know we review and consider our guest feedback for improvements of future stays. Our past guests have always informed us of their pet stays. We try hard to keep our prices down and care for our property. The extra charge is passed on to our cleaners who worked hard to remove excessive hair due to allergies. We also included this information of $125. for pet fee on 2/17th in our welcoming letter prior to the stay of 3/24th in VRBO. Please know we tried our best to overaccommodate for your party of over 25 people and thank you for your feedback.

Overall the house was okay, unfortunately the Hot tub was removed from the home, found this out right after check in, the pool table was broken/not usable, the oven was missing the racks and realized it still had the chemicals from the cleaners in it after using it! Had to reclean it ourselves, ended up eventually finding the oven racks on top of the broken pool table in the garage under some stuff.

There were several issues that affected our overall experience. When we arrived, the smoke detectors were going off. The host was able to get someone out quickly to address the issue, but the resolution was to remove the batteries, which meant there was a nonworking smoke detector in that room - concerning from a safety standpoint. Additionally, we were only at the property for a short time (less than an hour) because a family emergency required us to leave unexpectedly. As such, I can't fully review the home itself or the surrounding area. Given the unexpected circumstances, we requested a partial refund, but the host declined. While I understand hosts have policies, I would have appreciated some flexibility given the situation.Overall, our experience was affected by the safety issue on arrival and the way the unexpected emergency was handled.

Mental health getaway?

We chose this place over countless others closer to the beach mostly because of the amenities. Two weeks prior to our stay I received a message that the outside flat screen was damaged and a new one was ordered. I assumed after two weeks it would have been replaced. It was not nor was I informed the pool table was broken and not usable. When we went to get in the hot tub the first evening it was messed up, green and clearly dirty. They were not able to get anyone out there till the following evening which meant we couldn’t use the hot tub but one of the days we stayed. Even after it was fixed it was still clearly dirty with a green film sticking to the sides. The host was really nice until I addressed my concerns and only received a message saying they were sorry these things happened during our stay and nothing more. The house itself looked clean and well kept.

Do not stay at this home - the home and yard is wonderful, however there were several items broken and a full can plus garbage in the top in a can of water. The cleaning lady had to disrupt our vacation to come over for about an hour. 1st night the A/C went out and was fixed or restarted the next day. The next evening it went out again and the host would not respond and our son had to get a hotel room with his infant son. Our oldest son actually got the A/c to working by unclogging the outside line. Then ants came out of nowhere and nothing was resolved The host would never respond or acknowledge for a refund. When contacting VRBO they stated the host said the issues were resolved and would not issue a refund. The issues were not resolved.
