As a guest at the Suntide II complex, you’ll also have access to a sundeck with palapas, tennis court, beach volleyball, and a Texas-sized grill area. The central location means you’re a quick walk to fun dining experiences.
LIVING AREA
Unwind in the living room after a fun-filled beach day. A reclining sofa, love seat, and armchair provide plenty of space for everyone to get cozy.
Enjoy a movie night on the 50' 4K smart TV with DVD player, play music on the Bluetooth soundbar by streaming music from your device.
KITCHEN & DINING
The spacious open kitchen is outfitted with new granite countertops and new appliances. Pick up local ingredients and prep a meal, or sip a pre-dinner cocktail at the kitchen bar for four. Gather at the six-person dining table for an unforgettable meal.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a bonus room.
Retire to the large master bedroom, outfitted with a king bed and 32” flat-screen smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a separate water closet with a shower.
Great for families, the second bedroom boasts a queen bed and twin bed (each with new comforters), 36” flat-screen TV, and new decor. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The bonus room sleeps two guests in a comfy daybed with a trundle.
Need extra sleeping space? The living room boasts a leather fold-out bench with a new single memory-foam mattress.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and enhanced cellular service. On-site pay-per-use laundry facilities are also available. Guests will receive a parking pass for one vehicle; additional parking is available on the street. (Note that during spring break, wristbands may be required with extra fees.)

This condo’s proximity to the beach makes it a breeze to go back and forth from this convenient ground-floor location. You’ll also enjoy countless amenities such as: An indoor heated pool and hot tub (open year-round), sauna, beach boardwalk, beach volleyball, picnic area with barbecue pits, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, shuffleboard courts, cornhole, gym, umbrella and chair rentals, and a sun deck with palapas.
For seafood and happy hour specials just down the street, visit Blackbeard’s, a neighborhood mainstay since 1978. After dinner, head across the street to pick up an Italian ice at Dolce Roma. Or stop by WannaWanna (10-minute walk) for pub fare, live music, and cocktails on a beachfront deck.
Adventurers can check out Air Padre or South Padre Island Watersports (5-minute drive), where you can rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. Beach water park at Isla Blanca is just a 10-minute drive away.
For a quick grocery pick up, you’re just a mile from Blue Marlin Supermarket or Dollar General is one block away.
