Excellent home away from home…except nicer than home :)

Check in was effortless, property manager was very responsive. The place was so clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed to enjoy being home away from home. Extra bonus that The beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend stay in Nashville

Immaculately clean property. You can tell the host takes great care to maintain it. Beds were comfy and the fenced yard was nice for pets. We felt safe in the home, and it had everything we could have needed. Host was quick to connect with regarding any questions.

Great place!!

We loved staying here. It was very quiet at night, which was nice after Broadway which was only a 10 minute Uber ride! Beautiful home, very friendly owners who are very quick to respond. Would recommend and will stay again! 😊

Just what we needed

A place to get away in beautiful Nashville. This home provided what we needed. 15 minutes from the fun. A few minutes away from stores for needs. Comfortable and quiet with a fenced backyard for our dog. Quick and easy communication with the property host. We would stay again and that says a lot. Thanks again Kevin.

A nice oasis

This was a nice find last minute. Driving up we didn’t know what to expect but once inside it was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the outside space with the fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics.

Well-Appointed Oasis

The home is beautiful and well-appointed. The interior decoration is thoughtful, refined and calming. We didn’t have our kids with us, but noticed that it is very kid friendly, which can be hard to find. The neighborhood is interesting but well-located to get downtown.

Beautiful Condo

The condo has been remodeled with top end furniture and appliances. The beds are super comfortable especially the canopy bed. There is a nice fenced in back yard for dogs and a fire pit. Lots of little extras to make you feel cozy like at home.

Aesthetic and Convenient!

I hosted my best friend’s bachelorette party here and we all loved the decor and thoughtful detail that was put into everything. They even left a special note and champagne for the bride! The location was very convenient—we were pretty much 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do this weekend. However, I will say that we were not a fan of this street/neighborhood. Overall, it was a good weekend though!

Newly renovated

Nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable home. The fenced back yard is nice with a fire pit. We enjoyed our stay. We were a little surprised when driving to the house. The house is backed up to a industrial area. The front parking doesn’t look like a very nice neighborhood. We did not have any issues. Just pointing pointing out the surprises.

Golden Days

This property is adorable. Very tastefully decorated with a few Instagramable backdrops. We loved it. We came down to Nashville for the first time to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. We stayed from Friday to Monday. This property had everything we needed and even a few appreciated extras. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and quick to respond. Its a 15 min drive to the Broadway area and we were happy we had our car because Ubers or the scooters would've cost us a fortune. The only downfall to this property, and it wasn't even that big of a deal for us for the amount of time we were actually there, was the area. We were so sketched out driving in and were concerned about where we were staying but everything was fine and once we were inside we absolutely LOVED it. 100% would stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Decorated nicely, outside not impressed - all the trash containers in the middle of the cul-de-sac and dead shrubs at property is not something we were excited about pulling up to. Grass not mowed in back yard and worst part is the owner accused us of smoking in the home which DID NOT HAPPEN.

Our stay was comfortable and cozy. The home is conveniently located— easy to drive all over Nashville but also easy to get an Uber. The hosts were helpful and so nice. The home was well appointed. Would stay there again.

Everything we needed!

Myself, my husband and my 3y/o twins stayed here while we explored Nashville - it was perfectly located between the airport, downtown Nash, and the suburbs of Franklin/Brentwood. Not only is the home decorated fabulously, but our booking and check-in process was absolutely seamless! They have all the starter necessities you need and are conveniently located to so many stores for the other odds and ends you don’t want to travel with. Thank you for a great stay and the warm hospitality!
