We loved our stay at Marsha’s place. It was just what we needed and the location was perfect for our itinerary! We got a great deal staying at Music Roost and we loved how cozy it is!

We loved our stay at the roost! It was the perfect home base for our Nashville girls trip. Marsha was the best host and was quick to answer any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay in Nashville.

We loved our stay with friends in the Music City Roost! The space provides everything you need and was very comfortable, the area is charming and not too far from coffee shops and restaurants.

Marsha is great!! Super accommodating and very responsive. House is adorable and cozy. Beds were great. I wish we would have spent more time hanging out at the house honestly.

I would highly recommend this property! Great communication from Marsha. The neighborhood seemed good, the location to Nashville and the airport was very good. The house itself was very nice. The little things Marsha did puts it over the top. Thank you Marsha for our wonderful stay!

This was the cutest house, and so conveniently located! Nice neighborhood, and a short drive to all the things! The host, Marsha, was excellent and super helpful! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was such a perfect stay! We were in town for a concert and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. There were all sorts of personal touches (and little gifts!) that made us adore this VRBO. Would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay for our Nashville visit! Great location and easy to get around. There were 4 adults and everyone raved about how clean and cozy the property was. Will definitely book again for any future Nashville visits!

The Roost was the best place to stay! Super clean, so cute, nice neighborhood, great owner/communication, easy commute to all the essential places. An overall amazing value! You will not be disappointed. Would happily stay here again if in Nashville! Thank you Marsha for everything!

Enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for 4 adults. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just under 10 minute uber ride to honky strip. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Beautiful little house that you can relax in andeasy access to downtown. Communication was great with the homeowner that made for a really nice stay.
