Conveniently located just a mile from the lake in a quiet and safe neighborhood that feels like the country, yet only 5 miles to East Nashville, and 14 miles from Downtown proper. If you’re looking for an alternative to the downtown country scene, then East Nashville is it. Many different Bars/Venues/Shoppes that support and promote Rock/Funk/Jazz/R&B/Folk culture and style. However, Broadway is an easy drive away as well, with plenty of car service available at all hours. Old Hickory Beach is within walking range from the house, and the Blue Turtle Bay Marina offers boat/kayak rentals and a nice Restaurant on the water.

Living room equipped with Roku TV and JBL sound system, with doors hung for privacy and a pullout bed that can be utilized for a third bedroom. Central AC unit.

Extremely clean and comfortable home. Large fenced backyard which was much appreciated for our two large dogs that travel with us. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was sn exceptionally clean house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was very easy and he responded very quickly. If we come back to Nashville we would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. House is small but rooms are large. Great amenities: TV, washer & dryer, excellent hot water and pressure, excellent AC. Very clean and nicely decorated. Super comfortable beds. Huge backyard with secure fencing. Cozy private outdoor table and chairs. Neighborhood is very safe with a number of cool restaurants, coffee shops and markets nearby. Be sure to visit Hamby's Market for delicious ice cream, Amish baked goods and jams. Old Hickory is a charming small town that is literally only 20 minutes to downtown Nashville! Also convenient to some great parks and hiking trails. Host is awesome. Great communication. Easy check in and out. Clear directions/ instructions/ policies. And on top of all that: Dog friendly!

We arrived late and had a minor issue with the thermostat, and Eric was very attentive and got us fixed right up. Great communication and very responsive. We were already repeat customers to this location, and will definitely be back if we drive to & from Texas again before our project is complete!

Eric’s property was absolutely amazing! It was very clean, located in a peaceful neighborhood. My family loved everything about this place. My precious 84 year old Mama with early dementia said she felt at home. That is a high compliment, indeed. Thank you!!

House was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with needed items. Location to Nashville was great (Far enough away from the hustle and bustle...but close enough to reach fairly quickly). The lawn was in need of mowing, and the grounds could have used some attention in the way of weeding and general maintenance. If in Nashville for a few days again sometime in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
