Pet-Friendly Beach Vacations Welcome:

Grand Panama is one of the few Gulf-front resorts in Panama City Beach that welcomes your four-legged family members, making it easy to enjoy a beach getaway without leaving them behind.

Pet Policy:
• Dogs only
• Maximum of 2 dogs permitted
• Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog
• Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog

HOA Registration Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.

Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.

If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

Grand Panama HOA Additional Costs:

• The resort cost is $55.00, which includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation, 13 and older
• Wristband replacement is $10.00.
• Motorcycle parking is $55.00.
• Trailer Parking is $55.00(only during bike week)
• An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration.
• Only two parking passes are allowed per unit.

• No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use tolerated
• No Party Groups, Spring Break High School or College Groups
