Nice place. Great location. Gift shop, general store and good across the street. There were a few things slightly annoying like the silverware holder in the dishwasher and the air conditioner wirjed but it seemed to be hard to get the right temperature. Over all great place if you have a pet and need to stay where they allow them. Did see one critter last night though.

Thanks for staying at Grand Panama 1703 and for the feedback. Glad the location worked well and that the pet policy made your stay possible. Sorry about the silverware holder in the dishwasher — that can be annoying. I’ll have our team secure or remove it so it’s not a bother for future guests. Also sorry you had trouble getting the A/C to the right temperature; I’ll have maintenance check the thermostat wiring and system operation and we’ll add clearer instructions to the guest guide if needed. Apologies for spotting a critter — that’s not the experience we want. I’ll arrange for pest control to inspect and address anything they find. Thanks again for the helpful notes, and we hope to host you again.

The condo was just like in the pictures, it was clean and well taken care of, and nicely decorated. The balcony was large and had very nice dinning set with comfortable chairs to eat at and two nice lounger chairs to sit/lay on while taking in the beautiful ocean view. Mitch was always very responsive. We had a slight problem when checking in to get out parking & pet pass, not any fault of the owner and he was quick to respond and get things resolved. The only down side of our stay was that they were doing renovations to the buildings and it was a hassle to unload and load the car due to them blocking off that area for tower 1 and the sky walk was closed for repairs. Overall everything was great and we had a wonderful time!

Very nice condo with a stunning view of the perfect beach!

The communication was excellent! Well decorated condo with a big balcony. Very quiet! Two full bathrooms for two very nice bedrooms. The pool is heated and very very nice. The view, the beach, the dream! We will come back and tell our friends.

Flawless and relaxing!

A great little 2 bedroom condo on the 17th floor. The view was splendid from the oversized balcony. Our little dog was also quite at home. The pool was reasonably warm and the hot tub was very warm. This rental is a true value.

Warren Beach Rentals for the WIN!

I cannot express how well taken care of my family was by Warren Beach Rentals. They listened to what I wanted and what we needed. I will come to them everytime we need a spot! They have the most wonderful customer service!

The perfect place to relax.

The perfect place! We had a great time watching sunrises and sunsets. The beach was awesome. The pool was super nice and the views were stunning. The place was very clean and was exactly what was represented. Mitch was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. It was also a great value. Thanks so much will be back.

Great Condo

Great place clean and well maintained. Bring your own beach stuff or rent chairs from the beach vendors condo does not come with any beach amenities but we knew that going in. Great views and updated condo.

5 Stars ⭐️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the start, communication with Mitch was fantastic, fast, friendly, and super helpful. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the location of the condo, and how easy it was to check in. Everything in the listing was exactly as described, all the amenities were there and worked perfectly. Our favorite was the balcony, it was spacious enough for all five of us to sit together and soak in the stunning views. It was a great experience! We will definitely stay again.

Great!

This was a great place! I would give it 4 1/2 out of five stars. The only drawback was the grand Panama band that everyone is obligated to wear that once you put on you cannot take off. It kept getting tighter and tighter and tighter throughout the trip. But we were able to go to the front desk in the nearby tower and exchange it. So it was not a big deal. But on a positive side, the view was absolutely amazing and everything was very comfortable and I highly recommended!There were queen sheets, I think on the king bed. Which was not a big deal at all.I had a few questions that I communicated to the property manager about and the responses were prompt, professional, and positive
