Condo was perfect! It was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything one could need. Location can’t be beat and host was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Jackie was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. The condo was in the perfect location and so cozy! The laundry room was literally right outside our door, so it was very easy to do laundry. Short walk to the beach! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Excellent property and location

Everything was absolutely great from the communications with the owner to the location to the short walk to the beautiful beach!! Definitely would recommend to others.

Gulfplace is our favorite spot on 30A and Jackie’s condo was the best yet! Super clean, very well appointed, convenient location, and great communication with property manager. Already planned our next stay!

Wonderful stay at Gulf Place

The unit was extremely clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach, pool, and restaurants was superb. The property manager was extremely responsive to any needs, as well. We will definitely be back!

Great condo with easy access to pool and beach

Everything was great…from location to size and easy check-in. Lots of restaurants close by. I was worried that we would hear all the noise from the pool but that wasn’t an issue at all. We really enjoyed being that close to the pool. The walk to the beach was easy as well.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! From booking to checkout communication was top notch. The condo had a relaxed beachy feel and the decor was gorgeous! Our every need was anticipated. It’s been years since we’ve stayed at Gulf Place, but we will be back again and looking to stay at this cute condo!

Great Family Condo

We loved the location right next to the pool. It’s great for little kids. The beach wasn’t crowded and is easy to walk to. We love the proximity to restaurants and also the big grassy area for kids to play. Walking everywhere is nice!

Loved the location but condo smaller than I was expecting especially with 3 adults and 2 teenagers not much room to move around! The owners were amazing host they were very understanding very nice to work with we had a few mishaps while staying at the condo but they were on it every time trying to make it right Jackie is a very sweet lady very glad to be able to talk with her very kind Thank you Jackie !
