Welcome to our home. We have spent many weekends enjoying all that La Jolla has to offer and we are excited to share that journey with you. If you desire safety, clean design, privacy, and comfort this home was created for you.

The entire house was professionally designed by one of SoCal's premier designers by infusing the elements of La Jolla, beaches, and our personality into this remarkable property.

Safe: Secure private-access garage for your car only; don’t risk parking on the street

Beach: Chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, basketballs, tennis equipment, wagon, tide pool nets…

Music: HomePods with Apple Music that play millions of songs in kitchen and primary bedroom

Comfort: Rare to find central air, heat, and a full washer and dryer at this price point

Please use the guide book during your stay which highlights some of our favorite things about La Jolla and insider tips to maximize your vacation. Contemporary design with a private roof top deck and garage (rare at this price point) only 6 blocks to the beach. 3 floors with private garage entrance; main living area, 2nd floor bedrooms, and 3rd floor private patio with views of La Jolla and the ocean. No pets or animals please. Vehicles such as a Tesla model X, BMW 5 series, Range Rover without racks, & Porsche Cayenne should fit in private garage if measurements are within 198 length x 74 high x 84 wide.

If you (or any of the Tenants) are a smoker or vapor of any substance, even outside away from the property, please do not stay in this property as it will violate the terms of this agreement and it will be cancelled with no refund. We respect your decision to smoke and want you to enjoy La Jolla but request staying at another property as there is zero tolerance due to health concerns for future guests.

Premier Host Tip - 30 night minimum but pay no ($0) La Jolla Sales Tax if staying 31+ nights. The City taxes stays for 30 nights or less. Ideal for remote workers, international travelers, or snowbirds.

Getaway Home

We were delighted to stay in this beautifully decorated getaway home. There were excellent amenities and plentiful supplies to last for our stay. The location was within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, groceries and the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better host who was always responsive to any requests.

Absolutely amazing!

The only thing better than staying in La Jolla was this townhouse! Absolutely wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. One block from the grocery store, Sunday farmer's market, and best coffee shop in San Diego- The Flower Pot. The pictures are entirely accurate - clean, stylish and very comfortable. Well appointed and stocked. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of second floor so complete privacy. Small quiet complex of townhomes in safe neighborhood. The fact that the house comes with it’s own professionally bound “welcome and instruction” book should tell you about the owner’s attention to detail. Jacob was so gracious and immediately responsive to any questions we had. Almost forgot about the rooftop grill! Many meals prepared watching the sunset over La Jolla - SoCal at its best!

I realize the Tenant Agreement spoke heavily on no smoking or smokers in this property as we are protecting our daughter who has some life threatening allergies.
