Modern renovation with historic charm. Three-minute walk to Old Town shopping, wineries, live music and fine dining. Two fully remodeled homes unlike any other in Cottonwood situated on an oversized, private lot ideal for entertaining. Your very own basement game room with a custom PacMan arcade, dart board, poker, bumper pool and a gaming system. 15 minutes to Jerome and 20 minutes to Sedona. This is the Grove on Main!

Our home includes the very best of amenities: a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, AC/Heat, programmable Nest Thermostats, Tuft & Needle Mattresses, Smart TV's, strong WiFi, a basement game room and a pack and play for your little ones :).

Private Front Yard Patio:
Create memories in our brand new, fully landscaped front yard that includes a covered, oversized dining room table (seats 12), Weber BBQ gas grill, corn hole set, ping pong table and a cozy fire pit. Take this all in while smelling fresh citrus growing in one of ours many fruit trees from white oleanders that surround The Grove. If the 2BD/1BA Casita is booked during your stay, the patio would then be a shared space.

We're happy to share our recommendations for local companies who can assist with booking ATV rentals, wine tasting, boarding the Verde Canyon Railroad, horseback riding, kayaking the Verde River and so much more!

Weekend getaway

Trip to Sedona

Was very nice. Could use more instruction on the TV and thermostat. all vents were closed except the small bedroom? Entry sidewalk was dangerous. But all in all would come again

Cute getaway!

This property was cute and clean right off of main street in Cottonwood. We had a girls weekend to the winery! The only things to know when you get there that were not deal breakers but good to knows, would be the houses around the property are not the nicest, which makes you curious about the actual rental, but once you are in the yard, you never notice. The 4th bedroom is downstairs as a murphy bed in the shared space which squeaks quiet badly when you move in bed as well as no escape windows down there besides the stairs back up. Also there is a casita that shares the property which was rented out to another party, which I did not know but luckily the couple staying was very nice. The house was clean, newly remodeled, shampoo and conditioner were provided and it had all the supplies needed to cook. Everything on main street is within walking distance and we really enjoyed our time at the house.

This place was amazing! Perfect location- within walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood and not far from Jerome. We really loved the spacious layout- having the basement was a huge plus for our teens and family games. The fireplace made it perfect for cozy evenings. The house has all the necessities you need too in the bathrooms and kitchen with plenty of towels and everything you need for cooking and eating. Lots of blankets and pillows make everything comfortable. We can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend!

Great set up for traveling with co-workers. Lots of space and great activities which provided a good opportunity for team building.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this property. Very close by town. Walking distance to many good restaurants and downtown cottonwood. The property was a very open space and plenty of room for our family of 7. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay!

My family stayed for a week in early July. The location was downtown and a short walk to fantastic restaurants and fun shops. The pictures and description of the property were spot on. The owner was always very responsive. Our daughters loved the game room downstairs as we spent most of our down time here. We took day trips to Jerome and Sedona and both were quick easy drives. We will definetly be back!

We loved the property! As a family of 5, we enjoyed the outdoor games as well as the I door games in the basement. It was easy to walk to dinner places down the street, and it was the perfect location to travel to Jerome one day and Sedona the next. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Great location for Old Town Access

This property is well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for those who want to stay in and cook. The only downside is the bright yellowish orange streetlight right outside the 2 bedroom windows. Black out curtains would be a positive addition.

Property was in excellent shape, kids loved the outdoor activity, darts in the basement, and large TVs. Downtown cottonwood is 2 blocks away and had some great food. Neighborhood is a little up and coming. Close enough to Sedona trails for hiking.

Great family getaway

Great property, very comfortable and perfect location for Cottonwood. We were able to walk to old town in 5 minutes.
