This recently renovated, oceanfront penthouse is located in Kona at the Kona Bali Kai complex. Watch surfers cutting through the waves, turtles gliding in the shallows or whales spouting (in season) from the privacy of your own lanai. With views from both the living and master bedroom, you can relax your days away from the couch or bed. Imagine waking up to the lull of ocean waves at your feet every morning and enjoying sunset dinners on the water’s edge. Truly paradise on the Big Island.
Our condo has been renovated as of 07/2019. The fully-equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and cookware, and we also have new furnishings for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the island sun but ready to cool down? Our home also has AC to keep you chill during your stay.*
When you're ready to snooze, relax in comfort in our King bed in the master bedroom or Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Need more sleeping space? Our brand new sleeper sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed.

Our stay at this Penthouse Condo was wonderful! A beautiful and convenient location for our family reunion. The condo is well stocked and Host provided local information regarding sites to see and restaurants to experience. The week passed too quickly! Look forward to returning someday.

The condo was just as pictured. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Owners were very responsive and checked in on our stay to ensure all was well. Would highly recommend this vacation rental

Pictures are accurate. Place feels much bigger than the photos. Comfy bed. Since it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, great for couples if you want a "his and hers" bathroom setup. Of course she got the super one! Enjoyed watching nearby surfers from our balcony. Greatest view around! The earlier part of our Big Island trip was at 2 locations near Hilo with no A/C. Having the A/C here was refreshing for us. Owners very responsive to questions. We loved our stay here and would definitely repeat if we ever end up in Kona again! Wish we had more days to enjoy.

Fantastic property
The location was perfect and the view was incredible. My son had a blast fishing off the rocks out front and exploring the tide pools.

Relaxing by the sea
Nice, updated and clean space to relax and listen to the waves. Kids loved the pool and the view is incredible.

Enjoyed the location on the ocean with great views and relaxing sounds from the wave action! Clean and inviting condo with plenty of room for two people. Amenities were good and parking friendly.

This is a Great Place to stay.
We stayed in the Penthouse. The views are stunning from the Laini. You have a sandy beach access right below the units, so you can dip your toes in or just soak up that beautiful Hawaii sunshine.

Room was clean and view was excellent. They were redoing the parking garage so it will fet better, plenty of space between vehicles in the garages

Great location, right on the beach, quiet. Can hear the waves from the bedroom, very soothing. Place was clean, had everything you needed. Loved sitting on the balcony, excellent condo.

The place is like a dream!
The property was very nice! Everyone was extremely friendly! The condo was a honeymoon getaway come true! The views from the Lenai were breathtaking! We will definitely be renting again!

Lovely place to stay
The unit has excellent view of the beach front, very beautiful even better than the pictures on the website. The location was very convenient, well maintained and clean.
I miss falling asleep with the sound of the waves.
We will definitely stay here again when we are in Big Island.

We fell in love with the unit itself for the breathtaking views. With the master bedroom along the lanai, we fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean at our feet. This is truly our slice of paradise.
