The house was comfortable and easy to find. Parking in the garage is amazing. There was several days that it was raining and when you parked in the garage you could unload from the day.

Poipu vacation home

We had a great stay here, very comfortable beds and living space, great location to walk to Poipu beach. The cleanliness and condition of the property were great.

Loved it

We loved this location. We’ve stayed in other locations at Poipu this is our favorite so far. The views are gorgeous. A fast 5 min walk to the beach. The home is awesome for staying with friends or kids.

Property was as described. Had everything we needed ! Beach chairs, floaties and Cooler where a great bonus! Hopefully this won't be our last time at this property!

Second stay was as wonderful as our first

This was our second stay at this lovely home. It was every bit as amazing as our first. Doesn’t feel like you are staying at a short term rental - feels like coming home. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Poipu. Great house, great location, rental management company is very responsive with any questions!

Great Rental & Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful rental—really has everything you need and the local beaches are in easy walking distance. Poipu is a very sweet town and it’s a good location for families with teens/young children as they can get around easily. Some beautiful hikes within close distance (the Heritage Trail was amazing) as well as easy local plazas with restaurants and cafes. Diving and snorkeling is also on this side of the island and is incredible. Turtles swim right up onto the beaches and are easy to find. Seasport Divers were excellent. It is good to know that this side is a bit more condo-focussed/touristy, whereas North Shore has a more local vibe. Either way, great place to stay and highly recommended.

Comfortable bright, light great view and easy walking to beach!

Good house with good views

Best chill place for Christmas

Townhome was lovely, ideal for senior family member, lanais we’re awesome… listening to Hawaiian music during sunsets and bird watching, kitchen was perfect for foodies (had all the equipment for cheffing it up), master bedrooms perfect, along with comfy sofa bed. Close walk to beach, place is private and quiet, ideal for soaking in Aloha! All the beach equipment was very helpful, we only needed to be focused on beverages and packup snacks. Mahalo for the use of your beautiful hale!

Poipu house

Great property. It’s a large home that was turned into a duplex. The portion for rent has two bedrooms ( one on the main floor and one upstairs). The other half of the duplex is used by the owner, who wasn’t staying there during our visit. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The house has great ocean views, and a nice deck to enjoy them from. Easy walk down the hill to beaches, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and floaties. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Will rent again!

Popui Beach stay

Place was very spacious and well stocked for use and cooking. Nice touches like beach chairs, towels, sand toys and boogie boards. Having the garage and outdoor shower was also very convenient. The location was also very nice and it is a very short walk to the water and beach area. A few things were dated and need to be changed or redone but the management was very responsive and I am sure they will adress. Probably the biggest issue in warm months is the master bedroom which is in an open alcove over the LR. It can be sectioned off with pocket doors for noise control (if you have people still awake downstairs) but the ac is in the alcove part and so the bedroom and bathroom portion get quite warm. There is a ceiling fan over the bed however. The downstairs room ac works very well.

Really excellent house and stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as good, or better than expected. Big, bright. Air conditioner where we wanted it, in bedrooms. As we were only a couple we really never used the upstairs where there was another master bedroom. Good kitchen. If you want to walk to the beach which was close, there is a very steep walk to get to it although we didn't mind and I run miles a day so I liked running up and down but just realize that the hill is there. The people at Kauai Rentals were excellent. We called after hours to try to restore the cable tv service one night and a guy was so friendly and gracious to help us fix it although it was after hours. Any time I called the people were really really nice and helpful and I intend to use Kauai Vacation Rentals from now on. So overall really nice experience.
