Updated Beach Villa Resort

Perfect for family vacations, golf and business trips. Unit is a couple minute walk to a beautiful beach with a private entrance. This is a private-gated complex with 10 fully-light tennis courts, two large outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, racquetball courts, fitness centers, four playgrounds and outdoor grills.

The resort also overlooks Port Royal golf course, one of the top 75 Golf Resorts in the country.

Our space sleeps up to 6 (2 in the Queen bed, 1 in each full size bed and 2 on the Queen-sized pull out couch). The kitchen is fully updated and the mattresses are very comfy. Dishware, cooking utensils and glassware is provided. 2nd floor unit with stairs. The unit is ~1,000 sq ft. and feel very spacious with a great balcony to enjoy a drink on.

Pool is open March 1-November 1 (heated and cooled accordingly)

Free trolley ride with stop right outside property!

Gated Community with 24 hour Security. Full private access to the resort community and the full home is yours to stay in. Free parking for up to two cars if given information ahead of time. Uber is plentiful and easy to get if needed.

Perfect beach vacation

The place is perfect with walking access to Folly Field private beach . It can accommodate 7 comfortably . Perfect to get your own food and cook etc . The only improvement needed is the toiletries and maybe better linen.

Fabulous and relaxing stay

The location is key: less than 10 minute walk to the beach, comfortable and spacious condo with lots of privacy, access to tennis courts, pools, grocery and other stores, golf courses, and much more. This is our 2nd time staying in this complex- highly recommended! This condo was updated and everything worked well- washer/dryer, kitchen, and really comfortable ….

Great experience

This is a nice little place where each of the 2 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom - great set up! Owner is very responsive with timely and helpful information. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

Great property, friendly owner

Nicely updated property. Beds were supremely comfortable. Easy access to the beach (5 min walk), restraints and shopping. Owner was extremely friendly, accommodating, and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
