Simple oceanfront condo with beach access and plenty of parking. Only one flight of starts to the condo door. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Perfect weekend getaway for my husband and me in August of 2026.

Needs new furniture and paint in living room. Holes in wall need repaired.View was excellent. Unit was well stocked.. Host even brought over beach chairs. Because of heat, we slept on fold out couch that was next to AC unit

Everything clean and view was amazing. Bed is sleeping on a piece of cheap tan foam on top of mattress. Needs to have a covering or something to keep from feeling it through thin sheets. And the pool and elevator is far on other end of unit. For us no problem but beware if you need elevator. Well kept grounds to beach.

This beachfront condo was perfect for 2 people. The area was nice and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we needed.

We have stayed at Sea Side many many times and love to splurge on an oceanfront villa once in awhile. Great view, fully equipped condo, and clean. Other reviews mentioned the foam mattress topper. While I agree it's a little cheap, I actually found it to be comfortable. It's soft, and I like a softer bed. We didn't use any of the other beds since there was only 2 of us so I can't speak to them. Host communicates well too. Overall, the condo was nice, but not extravagant.

Great location!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two kids to the beach and this was an ideal find. The location was just what we were looking for with easy access to the beach and ocean view from our balcony.

Wonderful vacation!

Everything was amazing. Wish we had a better mattress and not just a piece of foam rubber.Other than that, everything wonderful.

Beautiful view

This condo is located oceanside, and had the most peaceful view from the balcony during our stay. It smelled so clean upon arrival and was so comfy...perfect for our overnight stay as we were heading to Florida. Check in was so easy.

The best views

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely equipped. The view is amazing. Our 2 year old loved watching the rabbits and deer from the balcony. I’m only giving the stay 4 stars just because the a/c unit sounded like a loud generator running most of the time and likely needed some work.
