Location is everything! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this guesthouse located one block from downtown Brevard. Located at the former historic Red House Inn, this home has everything from a soaker tub, fireplace, towel warmer, kitchenette, rocking chair porch, king sized bed & pull out twin sofa. Only 1 block from Main St. shops/restaurants/coffee shops/music venues. The Ecusta Trail is also across the street. Cyclists are welcome to use our bike wash and access our private bike storage area.

I simply LOVED our stay at the Probart House. It was like a honeymoon stay! The house was so clean and well-designed. There is a small kitchen (but no cooking capacity). That didn't bother us because there are so many options within walking distance and a mini-fridge. The touches throughout the small house were just perfect. Thank you for a great spot to revisit! A few items that would maybe be handy: an ice tray and bucket, tea options for keurig.

This space is very well designed for travelers. It is very spacious and has a good layout. April is the perfect time to walk in the neighborhood and see the gardens in Brevard. Everything was very clean.

The place had everything we needed in a stylish and comfortable way. The location was excellent; it is near the center of town, in a very nice neighborhood and right next to a walking path. Though not a negative for us, it is not suitable for preparing and eating food in.Overall it was a great place for one or two people.

I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to any mountain biker visiting western North Carolina. The location is excellent, with trailheads in both DuPont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest within about 20 minutes.One of the standout features was the dedicated bike storage and wash station, which made it easy to keep gear secure and clean after long days on the trails. The host was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local mountain biking scene, offering great recommendations on trails, routes, and current conditions.Everything needed for a comfortable biking getaway was provided, and the convenience of the location made it easy to maximize riding time. I hope to return next year for another trip!

This cottage is precious and very convenient to Downtown Brevard. The sitting area and fireplace was cozy and comfortable. Everything felt very welcoming.

Loved staying here, very clean and spacious. Sasha is an excellent host! Very comfortable bed, enjoyed the fireplace and the bathtub. Easily walkable to downtown Brevard. Will definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful weekend.

This property was truly beautiful. The bed and bathroom were outstanding. For 3 night stays the kitchenette just needed a few basics like a small microwave, plates, utensils, and items that the empty cabinets could easily have stocked making this property excellent. This might even be how the next guest finds it. Combined with TV internet connection problems during our stay coinciding with March Madness basketball weekend is the only reason we took off 1 star from the ratings.

The cottage is perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a few days. It is very cozy with a fireplace, king size bed, and a large bathroom. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with amenities. The location is ideal. You are within 2-4 blocks from restaurants and the downtown area.
