D.C Delight!

Our stay at this home in Washington, D.C. exceeded expectations. The location is truly exceptional! It is just steps from The Roost, a vibrant food hall offering an impressive variety of high quality dining options. The convenience of private parking was a major advantage, especially in the city, and the short walk to the Potomac Ave Metro station made navigating D.C. incredibly easy. The home itself was spotless, check-in was seamless, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! When we arrived we had no water, but the property manager was amazing and quick to resolve! It was turned off due to mix up with renovations occurring next door. Within an hour they had a plumber out to our place and turning it back on! Mattresses were amazing, made me realize I need a new one at home! Location was great! The roost was convenient and subway close by. The only “negatives” was not having or not able to find the remotes to the fans in two of the bedrooms and light bulbs being out in the hallway. However if I had contacted the property manager and gave them the opportunity to fix, I am sure they would have resolved immediately. I will recommend to whomever stays in DC! Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay

The property was just as described. Very comfortable for our family of 6. Location was very convenient to metro train and bus. We parked our car on the private property when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. Communication with host was great. Highly recommend this place.

The house was perfect for my family’s DC trip. Plenty of room for me, my wife and four kids to spread out. Location, parking and proximity to Capitol Hill was super convenient. Neighborhood was lively and friendly (we ate at or got takeout from The Coop a few times). House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. And Monae was very responsive, from booking to checkout.

Great location with plenty of space

Really enjoyed this trip. 1-2 blocks from metro and food hall. Easy for us to get around DC. Queen beds very comfortable. Appreciated car garage. Would stay here again :)

A Delightful Time in DC

We can’t say enough good things about this property! We wanted to take our 4 children (ages 17-8) to see Washington DC and all the sights. It’s hard to find a place to stay with 4 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep. It would also be great places for a group as well. We loved the location of the metro which was just a short walk away. Fabulous places to eat right down the street. We rode the metro or walked to all the historical sights. One feature that was important to us was the kitchen! We were able to make breakfast and a few dinners in this lovely home. Thank you for letting us rent this property. We have so many fun memories now! I will be telling all my friends about this rental.

We took our grandsons for a US History trip. The home was just as advertised. Monae answered my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

The location could not be better. Brief walk to grocery store metro stop. A cart is available to wheel your groceries home, which was perfect. Please note, the stairs to go upstairs are steep. Just be careful. The showers are bathtub/shower combo. There is not a walk in shower. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. There was not a blow dryer so bring your own. I’d have not reason to not stay again.

Army/navy game 24

The property was very clean and supplied with many essentials. Tv was hard to work not many channels everything was through streaming. we were not allowed in till exactly 4pm when the code was emailed. we drove from Stamford CT 6 1/2 hrs. and had to wait 20 minutes outside the house which I thought was a little ridiculous. over we had a great stay

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

Awesome location for a stay in Washington! The metro was crazy convenient. A couple blocks up the street are quality restaurants and coffee. Around the corner is a great dive bar with friendly folks. Having the garage was fantastic as street parking is tight in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to communicate with. Stairs to the second floor are steep. Might not be the best choice for folks who find stairs a challenge. I would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect weekend

We just loved our stay - The weather, location and townhouse was awesome. We were so close to the metro, grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Our weekend home was clean, easy to find what was needed and fit our group with amazing comfort. Communication with the owner was great - The listing was exactly as described only better. Thank you for making our stay a great experience!

Highly Recommend

This home is nicely renovated, in a good neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Potomac Metro station. The beds were very comfortable and the recliners in the living room were a nice touch after a long day. “The Roost” right around the corner was great spot to grab a meal…a little bit of everything for everyone. Communication with Monae was great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

Family of four visiting DC for vacation! We all had our own spaces. This house is perfect! Everything you think you need is there! The kitchen feels like you're at home, the bedrooms are comfortable and have lamps, and the garage is perfect. We would stay again! Great property in a safe neighborhood. We walked or Ubered everywhere. Great stay!

Great Location - Clean & Comfortable

The home was in a great location to the DC sites. Checkin was easy, and the entire home was very clean and comfortable. We loved the attached parking.
