Great location near Metro

We took our grandsons for a US History trip. The home was just as advertised. Monae answered my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect room for family of 5! 1 block from Metro station. Great bedding. Worked great for our DC stay. Would stay again.

Great Stay!

The property is very conveniently placed. A major plus is it has its own private parking space. It was comfortable and I would gladly stay at the property again.

Great Location - Clean & Comfortable

The home was in a great location to the DC sites. Checkin was easy, and the entire home was very clean and comfortable. We loved the attached parking.

Excellent location

The location could not be better. Brief walk to grocery store metro stop. A cart is available to wheel your groceries home, which was perfect. Please note, the stairs to go upstairs are steep. Just be careful. The showers are bathtub/shower combo. There is not a walk in shower. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. There was not a blow dryer so bring your own. I’d have not reason to not stay again.

Perfect weekend

We just loved our stay - The weather, location and townhouse was awesome. We were so close to the metro, grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Our weekend home was clean, easy to find what was needed and fit our group with amazing comfort. Communication with the owner was great - The listing was exactly as described only better. Thank you for making our stay a great experience!

Perfect Location!!

The location couldn't have been any better! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Potomac Metro Station and close to restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Awesome Location

Fantastic location, cleanliness, bottled water, coffee pods&machine, super comfortable beds with plenty of pillows…. Best part was parking garage…. Property manager was very prompt& accessible by Vrbo email… neighborhood very safe and 5 minutes from Metro… 👍❤️

Great Location and Beautiful House!

We had a great time at this house in DC. It is walking distance to many restaurants and bars and was right by the Metro. The place was really clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Would stay again!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

Awesome location for a stay in Washington! The metro was crazy convenient. A couple blocks up the street are quality restaurants and coffee. Around the corner is a great dive bar with friendly folks. Having the garage was fantastic as street parking is tight in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to communicate with. Stairs to the second floor are steep. Might not be the best choice for folks who find stairs a challenge. I would recommend and stay here again.

Just a shade over a block away from the metro a 10 minute walk from the Safeway. Awesome location super nice place. Couldn’t ask for much better.

Great property!

The house was just as advertised and was a great fit for family trip to DC. Plenty of space for the 5 of us (two adults, three teen/tweens). We loved the location right near the rail stop and found it very easy to get anywhere we wanted to visit without renting a car. A great VRBO experience!

Family Friendly!!!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Family friendly with plenty of room for everyone. Beds and furniture were really comfortable. Great location to all the sights. Clean and well kept. Would stay here again and highly recommend this place for families.

Perfect stay in this 3 bedroom home! Easy access to metro, 1 block from some food options and 10 min walk to good grocery store, cozy comfortable place! Owner was very responsive and accessable- highly recommend this place!

Highly Recommend

This home is nicely renovated, in a good neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Potomac Metro station. The beds were very comfortable and the recliners in the living room were a nice touch after a long day. “The Roost” right around the corner was great spot to grab a meal…a little bit of everything for everyone. Communication with Monae was great. Highly recommend!
