Our family of 6 had an excellent vacation. The pictures & description are very accurate. We enjoyed the heated pool and beach both being in close proximity and having a view of both from the balcony. The host was excellent as well.

The facility and the location were great, the unit itself was absolutely perfect and well put together, clean, and exactly what we’re looking for. We probably could’ve had more people there and been very comfortable.

Absolute perfection!!

Loved our stay here!! Crisp white linens, clean interior, and we so appreciated being able to use the chairs, umbrella, skim board, and other beach toys!! Such an amazing location too!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed, it was extremely clean, and a great location. The proximity from the beach, restaurants, and shopping was amazing. We hope we are able to stay in this condo again in the near future.

The view was awesome! Beautiful sunsets galore!Heated pool!The condo was fully stocked, which was a pleasant surprise because you never know what you are going to get!Communication with the owner was Great! Always a prompt response! Will return!!

Beautiful beachfront condo

Highly recommend! The condo was perfect and just as advertised. The beach was beautiful and the views were amazing. The host checked in with us a couple times which was so unexpected but very much appreciated. Great place we will for sure rent again.

Late Summer Trip

This is a very nice and spacious condo that is in top notch condition. We enjoyed the best beach view we have had in our many trips to the Santa Rosa Beach area. Very short walk to beach! Love this location on 30A.

Such a great family property with all of the necessities!

This property was amazing! Perfect for our little. On the beach, with a private pool that was perfect! The only thing is since we were on vacation, the checkout process was a bit much, I don’t want to be cleaning towels on vacation! ☺️

Very nice property.

Condo kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs were provided, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Owners were quick to respond to one small issue that turned out to be nothing. Highly recommend.

Fall Break

Really enjoyed our time at Palm of Dune Allen! The condo was as expected, a few minor issues, but really nothing to complain about or that inconvenienced us! It was a pleasure meeting the owners and their communication was on point. The accommodations and view of the water was just what we needed! Hope to visit again in 2024.

great place!!

had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa and the condo was perfect. it was clean, looked like the photos and had everything needed in the kitchen for a week stay. the bedrooms are spacious and its so nice that each bedroom has their own bathroom. laundry and dishwasher in unit made things very easy being at the beach. super close and easy access to beach and pool access. loved having the balcony and being able to sit out and see/hear the ocean as well. highly recommend this unit and it was very easy to communicate with Eric/Randy the owners. would stay here again for sure.

Love this Place !

Location !! Location !! I walked the beach both east and west for a mile each way every morning. This condo is a rare find with a pool that is beach front ! The owner responded to every text and we had several phone conversations. He helped me plan a surprise engagement proposal for my daughter and future son in law. Big Thank You for that it was perfect ! The condo has everything and the use of the commercial ICE Machine is a game changer !! No running out of ice and running to store ! This was a stress free vacation and we will be back ! Thank You !

Great Property

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was within great distance to everywhere we went. Loved the heated pool along with the balcony. We were a family of 4 and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us, very spacious! Just a couple of notes. Upon arrival the bedrooms looked as if they had not been vacuumed. This is the cleaning service not the owners fault. There was a bit of a musky smell as well. The property could use some updating. There were stains on the bedroom carpets and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and a new screen door. Ours kept falling off the track. Overall this was a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach, which it would have been warmer, it was unseasonable cold!
