Excellent place to stay with three families. House had everything we needed and very fun to have a games room. Outdoor living space was great and location was perfect for walking to the beach, park and restaurants. We loved having the 4 single beds in the loft so each kid had their own bed.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the property accommodations were wonderful. The local hiking and short walk to the lake and down town made it a perfect location for our group of 10.

Girls Trip

House and location was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to hangout together and just a quick little walk to the shops and restaurants downtown!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

We absolutely loved this home. There was plenty of space, kitchen was well stocked, and it was a very comfortable home. Location to town was great as well! We would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Girl's Annual Weekend Away

One of the most charming and lovely homes we've ever stayed at. Perfect location near so many places. It was beautiful, clean and had a wonderful back deck and yard area.. The neighbors were very kind and helpful.

Perfect Weekend

This is such a cute property! Everything was so clean and it was such a cute house! We felt pampered with the comfortable beds and the extra touches from the owners. We loved our time here!

Perfect location!

I would highly recommend this property. Within walking to downtown, midtown and the nearest grocery store. So many conveniences, the owners thought of almost everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the fire pit in the back along with our s’mores basket.

Vacation to Attend a Wedding

We had a wonderful time at this perfectly located CDA house. It’s close (really short walk) to lake activities, the resort, and amazing restaurants. The house itself is extremely comfortable and its lovely backyard was so relaxing. The kids also enjoyed the game room activities. Strongly recommend this house.

Nice Stay

Property was nice and a convenient location. Rebecca was very responsive and helpful. We were there for a wedding so it would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board.

Beautiful, comfortable home with wonderful outdoor spaces. We all loved the proximity to shops and restaurants downtown, as well as the waterfront, a short walk from the house!

This home is beautiful! The restoration is top notch. The decor is lovely. Our stay was a girls weekend with sister-in-law's, nieces and best friends. The location of the house is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. We all agree we want to come back the same weekend every year. The owners and the property manager were so kind and wonderful to work with. I can't say enough good things about this home and our experience.

Team Trip

The house was so amazing and the location was perfect. I'd go back in a heartbeat. However, the neighbors on one side are completely intolerant of any noise that may be made by kids while in the backyard even though it's within daylight hours. The house and the management are top notch!

Super CDA Stay

Our family were in CDA for a family reunion at the end of July 2024. Some of our family stayed in this beautiful, well-stocked, roomy, updated home and had a great time. It was everything we expected and more. It felt like home the moment we walked in. The beds were comfy and A/C was wonderful in 85+ weather. The game room was a bonus for the older kids. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful time!

Great, spacious house. Updated, nice furniture. Perfect location, easy to walk to downtown and to the lake/playgrounds/restaurants. We would want to stay at this property again. The Smores kit waiting upon arrival was a sweet touch! Great backyard for watching the kids while adults sit on the porch. Thoughtful and detailed list of activities and restaurants, a cooler to use for out and about during stay. Cute front porch with flowers and a swing for coffee in the morning.

A great house in an excellent location

This is a beautifully updated home in a leafy neighborhood not far from downtown and the lake. Large well equipped kitchen and living areas. We especially enjoyed the backyard which stayed relatively cool even in the heat because of the shade. The playroom was a bonus. And the air conditioning which is not commonly fould in these classic older homes. The owner also supplied camping chairs, beach towels and a cooler for trips to the park or the lake. A great place to stay!

Perfect stay for large family

This charming house has it all. Literally a dream to come home to after a long day playing at the theme park. We had a big group; 3 adults and 7 kids and we were very comfortable with the space and amount of beds. The kids loved to play out back and make s’mores while the adults sipped wine on the back patio in the evenings. The location was perfect for our needs. Just a few blocks to the lake and we were able to walk to the store and an ice cream shop near by. Rebecca was super attentive and helpful with any questions I had over the week. We would love to stay here again when we visit CDL

Ironman CDL

Family and friends came in town so me and my boyfriend could race in IM CDL. The location was great , easy walking distance to Ironman village and easy to walk to race start on morning of race. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. The house was great lots of room. Only issue we had was not being able to turn off the heat in the upper loft so the loft bedroom was cool from window unit but the loft between the master and bedroom really was never very cool. We were there in June. Great big kitchen with good supplies and we enjoyed tha back yard and fire pit! Would stay here again!

A charming home

The house was great for a large group. The kitchen is nicely stocked, the primary bed is so comfy and the bathroom is great. We cooked in every meal and it felt cozy and inviting. The only thing to consider is the stairs to twin bedroom and primary are a little slippery if you are not sure footed. The pull out couch is not comfy so I wouldn’t plan on it, bring a camping bed instead or have your person (if single) sleep on the couch itself. Game room outside a bonus. It was cold in December but we bought a small heater and plugged in.
