The house is very charming, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is peaceful yet well situated for walking, biking, a day at the beach and there is no shortage of restaurants and bars nearby. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities throughout the house. We would definitely try to stay here again if returning to the Highlands!

Well appointed home with happy decor! Easy parking in the driveway with multiple access points from the driveway to the house. The location was great with easy access to restaurants, ferries, and the bridge to Sandy Hook.

Wonderful hosts!

The property was in a great location and spacious! The hosts were responsive when we had any questions and provided tons of tips and suggestions for things to do in the area!

Great stay!!

This house is so lovely! Very close to everything, and the owner Cherisse is amazing, she even coordinated and did a beer tasting for us one evening! Everything about our stay was perfect. Will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL HOME

hose was very clean and nice, everyhing was in good working order, pass to Sandy Hook was a added bonus! Would consider a stay here again when back in the area.

Two full weeks! Comfortable, well decorated space. We situated for Sandy Hook, Sea Bright/Rumaon abs day trips to Asbury.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is close to the beach, a lovely local coffee shop and many great restaurants. The owners provide everything you need for a great beach vacation, even bicycles! House is also close to the ferry for a trip to NY. Communication is great and everything is as described. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at the Beach Lodge was excellent

This place served our needs perfectly! The hostess. Cherisse, could not have been more gracious and helpful. Well stay here again if we're ever in this area.

Lovely Home, Exceeded Expectations

Lovely home in an amazing location. The house exceeded expectations. Cherisse, the host, was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. 11/10 will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This was the perfect property for our family! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and there were restaurants and the beach within walking distance! Cherisse was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! We’ll definitely be back and I’d highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Home

We used the house for Christmas Eve dinner. Absolutely lovely home. Beautifully renovated, comfortable and great for a group! Easy check in and check out! I highly recommend.

From the moment you walk in, the Beach Lodge feels more like your friend's beautifully designed home than a rental. The open floor plan is perfect for groups, and the location in Highlands is perfect too, within walking distance to beaches, waterfront restaurants, and shops.  The house is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need - they offer hotel-like amenities and I especially loved how stocked the kitchen was! Cherisse's welcome guide is a game-changer too, with spot-on local recommendations that basically plan your trip for you. This was my second visit and I took the Seastreak Ferry over from Manhattan this time. It’s conveniently down the street and only takes 1 hr (plus it's dog friendly). Cherisse is the kind of host who has genuinely thought of everything, I highly recommend staying here!!!

Awesome House, Awesome Host!

This beach house is nothing short of awesome! The location is perfect, very clean, it's very convenient to all of the beaches and restaurants, and venues. Our hosts Cherisse and Scott are awesome! They communicated with me with no problem and they are very accommodating. Will be booking again, thank you for everything!

Amazing Retreat

Just what my partner and I were looking for in a relaxing beach getaway. Can’t speak highly enough of the hosts. The welcome guide was so helpful and their recommendations were perfect. They basically planned our trip and it couldn’t have been better. Loved the local charcuterie board setup at our arrival-highly recommend!

Great house and location

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! The house is fully equipped - more than enough to prepare a gourmet meal! Washer and dryer were also very handy to have. We didn’t lack for anything, and the home was immaculate! Close by is a nice coffee shop and other conveniences. What a pleasant visit we had and we plan on returning again!

Wonderful property and great communication with host. We were looking for a place to meet up with family who live in NYC, yet be away from NYC. It fit the bill perfectly. Would like to visit again in a warmer month to take advantage of the proximity to the beach.
