Host was very friendly and accommodating, she even upgraded our room when we arrived. The room was located convenient to everything downtown, everything in walking distance. Room accommodated our dog with fenced yard

It’s a decent size place for two ! The ac was nice and cold …… definatley could use a bigger tv! Very much appreciate it being dog friendly yard is nice

Thanks for your kind words! We replaced the TV with a larger one, sorry it happened just after your stay but you will get to enjoy it next time! Also don't forget we have larger rentals right next door. Contact Aunt Jane's Put-in-Bay Rentals again for great rates especially on midweek and last-minute getaways!

Apartment was cheaply furnished and there was just inches between the bed and the bathroom door. The apartment was much smaller than we were led to believe.

Employees were very nice and friendly and helpful. Nice and cozy room. Very close to downtown and walking distance from everything. I will be coming back soon, thanks for your hospitality

Cozy, clean, and close to everything we wanted to do.

This was the perfect getaway spot. The owner is a wonderful easy to talk to person, the place was just what we needed. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet place. We will book this place the next time we go to Put in bay.We had a geat time.

Cozy little place

Nice place to stay with just my husband and I and our 2 dogs that travel everywhere with us. Hard to find dog friendly accommodations. Nice, private yard. Place was clean and exactly as described. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Awesome Getaway!

We wanted a summer getaway and this was a perfect place to stay since we didn’t plan to stay inside. It is small but not uncomfortable small. Futon was comfortable as was the bed. We had a family get away and didn’t “party”. Our neighbors were extremely respectful. The yard was perfect for the dog.

Tons of information provided by the host in various forms. Make sure to read it all completely. A lot of information is redundant but if you stop reading you will miss something important. The people we engaged with all seemed nice. Being in the back of the house the noise wasn’t bad at all. The location is very convenient. Now for the not so good stuff. The apartment is small as it states. It is not an entire house as listed in one place in the listing. It is basically what was originally the back porch of a house. It is very small. The mattresses are old and have been used a lot. I don’t think the blankets have been cleaned in a while. The one for the futon smelled like a cross between butter and mildew. The bathmat is basically a hand towel. No towel bars to hang wet towels. There was previous damage to the wall behind the futon, bathroom door, and bathroom floor that hasn’t been repaired. The microwave made a loud pop and sparked when using it. We didn’t end up using the gas grill because it was pretty dirty. Unfortunately, the cost did not align with what we got. I don’t know how the previous reviewers rated this place so well. Good for some young kids just looking for a place to crash after a night out.

Overpriced for what it was. Basically an old back porch, No queen bed, no dresser, no where to put belongings. For a couple of girls who want to share, would be OK. Porch needs painted and repaired. Had to crawl over bed to get in bathroom.Inside needed painted. Not what we expected for 360 a night. Food left in toaster oven and crumbs on the hotplate. Microwave from early 80s. Window air conditioner was too small to overcome how hot the room was when we got there. Had to spend 40 on a fan. Location was great, they had wifi available, but our phones were faster.Neds a lot of renovation for the money.
