BEAUTIFUL GULF FRONT 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH UNIT ON THE 20TH FLOOR OF THE RESORT

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths Master has a king bed with large soaking tub and separate shower and twin sink vanity. Both of the other two bedrooms have Queen beds. The bunk nook has a twin size bunks & there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Grand Panama allows 2 parking passes per booking.(Not included with booking) This unit rents to age 21 and up. Guests under 25 will have a fully refundable deposit of $100 per person

One of the very few beach front resorts that allow pets! 2 pets max per booking. 25 lbs and under per HOA. Pet fee $175.00

Grand Panama has two large pools (one gulf front & one roof top), two hot tubs and a kiddie pool. There is a TIKI Bar gulf side and at the roof top pool. There is an amazing view of the sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and it is breathtaking from the balcony.

This oceanfront unit is on the 20th floor. Grand Panama also has a 5 story parking garage under tower 2 across the street and a two story overflow parking deck as well as many ground level parking spots between the decks.

Grand Panama is centrally located. You are 4 miles from Pier Park but only 2-3 miles from Wal-Mart and Publix. There is also a dollar general about a mile away. You are only a half mile from the county pier which is a great place to walk and view the lights of PCB at night. Grand Panama also has Doulce Italian Restaurant in the shops behind Grand Panama on Middle Beach Road. You are only a mile from FIREFLY and SALTWATER GRILL. These are two of the nicest restaurants in town.

Loved this condo. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we wanted and needed. The property was perfect. All of the workers were very helpful and friendly. One of the best condos I have stayed at. Will definitely be back.

Condo was clean, equipped with everything you need. Would suggest adding additional seating for TV viewing, there wasn’t enough seating to accommodate our 6. Balcony has great views.

We loved the ocean view. The condo was perfect for our yearly trip to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. It was close to so many great places.

Great pet friendly vacation spot

Stay a total of 5 nights, condo is clean and spacious in a great location. We love that it’s pet friendly, couldn’t leave our Bruno behind. Easy check in process. Will book again in the future.

The View

It was a very pleasant place to stay. The view is the best we have ever had at PCB. The wait for the elevator was minimal. If you want to take your furbaby with you then this IS the place to stay.

Our stay

Our stay at Grand Panama was awesome. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. The AC had issues but Leah got us some fans and everything stayed pretty comfortable. Everyone had a great time for our first stay at that resort. Usually we stay at edgewater but we were very impressed with Grand Panama

Terrific location and place

Quiet condo building, mostly residents. Very close walk to lors and lots of restaurants and stores. Short drive to great beaches, and activities. Place is well maintained and comfortable with all the beach & snorkel gear (excellent condition & quality) you need included. We stayed 10 days, and got quite used to the traffic in this town, but be aware its there...

Perfect Family Getaway

I searched for months for the perfect place for our family to stay on our annual family vacation. I am extremely pleased that I decided on this condo! Our whole family including our fur baby give this condo 5 stars across the board!!! If you are looking for the perfect location, condo, and communication from management look no further. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful condo...sunsets beyond amazing!

This condo was just as expected, clean, nicely decorated, roomy and had the utensils, cookware etc. to make meals. Loved that they allowed Dolly, my 5 lb. Yorkie. The view was outstanding! The sunsets from the balcony are absolutely amazing!! I booked through See Ya at the Beach and they were fantastic! A special thanks to Lisa who was so quick to answer texts and was beyond helpful! I received superior customer service that surpassed my expectation. I would not hesitate to book with them.

Nice location

Enjoyed the condo. Fantastic views. It was clean. In a good location. Very windy on the balcony. Cooler weather did not help. Furniture looks like it had been replaced n last year or two. Except couch and recliner chair which were very small and uncomfortable. Needs a bigger more comfortable couch. Had newer dishes and utensils. Everything you need for a kitchen. Was missing the hair dryer. No biggie we just bought one. This condo building is well kept and in a great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed property. Beautiful view. Parking is tight- no turn arounds. Harder for larger cars. They do charge for second car as parking is hard but I did manage to find something each time . Security is always visible, even late at night. Wish they would enforced the hot tub as much as the arm bands -too many little bitty people in there. Too crowded to bother. Unfortunately that is mostly a parenting issue . Wish unit came with two beach chairs each day. As far as the unit there were plenty of places to sit as far as eating . Rooms were nice as well. I would certainly stay again. If you don’t mind the elevator wait the view once you get to the 20th floor is worth it.

No beach toys/ chairs in the unit- but chair rental avail. Great trip for us!
