Cozy private waterfront retreat near Traverse city and Sutton’s bay.

Arrive to a spectacular view of west grand traverse bay! Enjoy a fun filled beach day with your own private sandy beach. Take advantage of the beautiful countryside and landscape that Leelanau County has to offer. In the evening treat yourself to one on the areas many fine restaurants or prepare and enjoy a nice meal around a campfire in the fire ring. The property is a 2 bedroom (both King beds) 2.5 bath with additional futon/pullout for kids. Accommodating 4 adults and up to 6 kids under the age of 5. Our Doc gets put in about mid-May through October 1. license #2026-04

Had a great time at the house. It was our first time traveling with our new dog and having a fenced back yard was perfect. We all enjoyed going across the street to the private beach.

This place was a perfect fit for our family of four. The view was great, the location was convenient, and the house was cozy, cute, and clean. I recommend water shoes if you plan on swimming on the property. It is a bit rocky, but the water is clear and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the layout and the convenient location. The fenced yard and private beach were great for our dog as well. Host Corey has always been responsive and helpful. We hope to return again!

The location was wonderful and the view of the bay across the street was so pretty even covered in snow. Check-in and out was super easy and when we had questions they responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the most beautiful home and property. Corey and Emily thought of everything-from the portable speaker to the dog blankets, and even a treat for our dog. The home is warm and inviting and beautifully decorated. The fenced in yard was so convenient for Precious to smell all the smells. But the private beach blew us away. Our dog chased the ball and played with the waves until she could hardly keep her eyes open. The bay is so clean and warm. And the dock was so nice too. Definitely want to return! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Perfect getaway!

Great stay for our family of 5, the location can’t be beat. Enjoy a meal at the wonderful Farm Club or grab a coffee and some treats at Lakeview Hill Farm & Market, both just minutes away. Spend hours relaxing at the easy access private beach or hop over to a nearby trail for a hike. We loved our time here and hope to visit again in the future.

The house was beautiful and the waterview was outstanding. Our dog loved swimming at the beach right across the street! Everything was clean and well-appointed. Super comfortable beds. Thanks for the great vacation rental!

The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and the walk across the street to beach was perfect. The fence in yard was a must for the dogs and they loved the house to. I can't reccomed it enough!

Great private spot

Fully upgraded interior, all floors needed a good cleaning but overall great place. Bed is comfortable, nice pvt beach.

We loved the beautiful updated interior. So bright, clean, and spacious! It had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed being able to go across to the beach and water every day. Close to town, but far enough away to avoid the congestion and construction if we wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our visit on short notice. The house was impeccably clean, had easy access to the lake, and was conveniently located near both Suttons Bay and Traverse City.

As a first time Vrbo user I didn’t know what exactly to expect, but I had a wonderful experience at this lovely property! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. So comfortable and a perfect view. The fenced in yard was a definite selling point since I was traveling with my fur baby. The host communication was very welcoming and had fast responses to any questions. It started to feel like home and I was sorry to have to leave! I will definitely make a return trip in the future!

Relaxing Weekend

We spent a relaxing family weekend away with our dog. Check-in Friday evening was easy and the fenced backyard was nice since we had our dog with us. We enjoyed spending Saturday morning at the private beach across the street. We drove into town for Saturday evening shopping and dinner. Just what we needed for an easy weekend away. Thanks!
