We return to the warf every year, it’s the only place we’ll stay. This condo was clean upon arrival and we enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay overall...the listing and pictures were very accurate. Our only complaint was the pots pans and silverware were incredibly cheap making it hard to cook in the kitchen. Elevators need to be thoroughly inspected and repaired prior to Summer quests staying at such a large resort.. We would be happy to stay here again...all of us had a great family vacation...

I apologize the pots, pans, and silverware weren’t up to standard — we’ll replace the lower-quality items with sturdier cookware and update supplies. I’ve also reported the elevator concerns to building management and maintenance so inspections and repairs can be prioritized before the summer season. The property manager was attentive to everything, excellent communication, I will definitely rent this apartment again.

Everything at your fingertips

We loved our stay at Laketown Wharf. The pools and hot tubs were next-level, which came in handy in late March. The unit was comfortable, clean, and very nice. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and never felt cramped at any point. Being Spring break, the check-in was a little crazy the day we arrived due to so many people trying to get their wristbands at once, but it was a very minor inconvenience and an over-all fabulous stay!! I highly recommend this unit, especially for families!

Our first PCB experience

All was good. Had an AC issue and it was fixed quickly, however the elevators are freaking ridiculous. Upon leaving, we waited over 30 minutes @ the elevator just to go down to the ground while the elevator skipped our floor over 5x and the rest were packed. Zero carts were offered for us to get our things to the 16th floor with 8 adults AND a baby in tow. Will NOT stay again over the 3rd floor. Rather disappointed honestly. We paid that much, and spent so much of our time waiting for elevator just to LEAVE.

No functioning refrigerator at a Beach for a week! How about 20-30 min waits for elevators.

Location was fine. Only issue getting in and out was the one lane to check in with the guard. There should be two people working to allow the guests that have been there all week to drive on through with parking pass and a separate person checking in folks who just arrived. No one wants to wait for no reason. Speaking of wait, there are maybe 7 elevators on a property with likely 700 units. Each unit likely has 4 guests or more. Getting on an elevator in less than 5 minutes was winning the lottery. Common areas could use a face lift and were not very clean. All above is just the actual entire Laketown Wharf. Now for the condo unit property. The sad thing is, they just needed to fix one problem to make our stay more pleasant. We notified them DAY 1 that the refrigerator was not working. They said they would send someone out, and that “usually it takes 24 hrs” to cool. We told them it was beeping constantly like something was wrong. The next day, no one showed. We reached out again, and they acted like we should have reached out earlier if no one showed and they “assumed it just started working”. Day 3 no show, day 4, sent message again. Being at a beach and hot baseball park near 10@ degrees and 100% humidity, you just want something cold. A functional fridge is a must. We were there M-Sun and NO ONE CAME TO FIX THE FRIDGE. They asked for a receipt for groceries. Not sure if they were compensating us for spoiled food? Nothing. Pathetic customer service

Great stay and visit loved the view and proximity. Only negative thing was one elevator was down the whole stay had to wait to get on elevator to 16th floor multiple times especially durring afternoon dinner time.

Our family of 5 loved our stay here!

The condo’s views were beautiful. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we could possibly need there. The pools where always fun. Everything was close by. Restaurants, Attractions, Walmart etc. The only thing like everyone says is the elevators. But even then we didn’t have super long waits like other people seemed to have. Overall our stay here was great! Thank you for being our home away from home.
