Freshly paint, new furniture and new appliances with new washer and dryer! Please note that we changed everywhere carpet to luxury vinyl. Clean and sanitized after each guest!
This beachfront condo features two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six fortunate beach loving guests at the Pinnacle Port Resort, with a spectacular location beside both the sugary crystalline beach and the largest coastal dune lake in Florida. The condo located at the second floor with beautiful ocean and lake balcony views. Pinnacle Port added Resort fee for $36 that includes parking pass.

Nice stay

We had a lovely time but did not realize the property was 2 stories and bedrooms were up stairs, we probably would not have booked it knowing that as we had elderly and toddlers in our group and the stairs were a little difficult. But really we had a great stay at this property and would recommend over all. Thank you for letting us stay.

It was alright

It wasn’t worth the price, needs some minor updates and better cleaning. Good location and nice kitchen.

Coming along

There is still for improvements. Carpet on stairs was coming off the step. We almost tripped down the stairs on it. Sliding screen doors on balcony need fixed. Wouldn’t move and screens had holes in them. Host - was responsive and took care of carpet in a timely manor. Easy to work with. Need of more kitchen supplies. Maybe plastic dishes also so if guest have small children don’t have to worry about breaking the glasses. No items to cook anything in the oven with. We ended up not using the kitchen at all just went to other guest room that was staying there too. Other guest room was half the price and had a lot more items available and no issues. No tvs in rooms just in living room. Overall it was nicely put together.

Disappointing trip

We went for a long weekend getaway trip and stayed at this condo. It was very frustrating to arrive and, after unpacking, we discovered that there were only the bare minimum utensils and other items in the kitchen. We had to go back out to multiple stores to buy drinking glasses, cookie sheets, wine glasses and potholders. The kitchen had four plates, saucers and cups, one serving bowl, cookware and eating utensils. There was also an issue with the plumbing in the unit. Whenever you took a shower or flushed the toilet in the master bathroom, the water in the other toilets in the unit would bubble up, and there was a strong sewage smell in the kitchen sink. On the final morning before checking out, none of the upstairs toilets worked, only the toilet in the powder room downstairs would flush. There were also no chairs on either balcony to enable enjoying the views of the beach or lake. We chose not to buy our own chairs after having spent quite a bit on buying kitchen items. It was a very disappointing stay and will definitely not re-book this unit in the future.
