Was very nice would stay again. Only issue was shower was small for my husband. He is 6’3”. Communication was amazing and very fast! Great host!!

The property is accurately represented. It is an efficiency with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The shower is a tad small, but works well. We only needed a couple of items and Sarah, one of the owners, brought them right by. The location is excellent and parking for our one vehicle was ample. We stayed a week and never turned on the TV. There’s a lot to do in the area. Great place to come back to at the end of the day’s adventures.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio! While it is on the smaller side, it was perfectly designed and came fully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The shower is definitely quite small, but the excellent water pressure more than made up for it.Everything in the property was clean and in excellent working order. A special shout-out for the guest notebook filled with local dining and activity recommendations—it was a fantastic bonus that helped us plan our days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-appointed and comfortable getaway!

Cute little studio with a great view of the Animas River valley. Sarah was super organized and very responsive. It can get a little noisy depending on the upstairs renters and it was warm in the evenings without AC. It was very convenient to downtown and hiking.

This Suite has almost anything you could want. The linens, and kitchen supplies were more than adequate. The hosts are very helpful and the views are spectacular! It does not take long to go to a grocery store or anything downtown. Also it is on the "Million Dollar Highway", which is so beautiful and offers many activities! Have a Wonderful stay!

Great views and access to the peaks

This a great place! Perfect location - so close to Durango, but not far from other locales. Awesome view and nearby access to hiking trails. The unit itself was perfect for 1-2 travelers

Great location!

We appreciated the hospitality of Sarah & Eric. The location was perfect for convenient access to high-country hiking and biking - our reason for staying there. All the amenities needed for a short stay, including a very dog-friendly atmosphere. Very clean, nothing fussy, just the basics. A wonderful stay!

Long weekend in Durango

Nicely appointed studio unit in a great location north of town. Wonderful hosts, and amazing views from the studio. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Stayed here for a week while I did some house hunting, it was quiet and comfortable and very convenient to everything in Durango. Super clean and overall could not have been better for my stay.

A perfect little spot for our weekend away! Beautifully located and well appointed - we didn’t lack anything. Note: if you or your partner or larger (6 ft), check out the shower photo before booking. My man did it but it was humorous. Great hosts and communication.
