Experience old Florida from this updated beach cottage located directly on the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico! We survived the last 2 hurricanes with no interior damage and are ready for you to enjoy the beach! Just step off your porch and into the sand - just steps to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and fantastic sunsets! No stairs to climb - just park in your private carport, roll your suitcase a few feet and welcome to Paradise! The new kitchen features an open floorplan with white shaker cabinets, granite counters and a full-size stainless kitchen - including a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, 5-burner stove and dishwasher and a breakfast bar with bar stool seating! The bathroom is new too, with a walk-in shower! Home has all new furnishings, including a King-sized bed in the private master bedroom, queen-sized sofa sleeper, 2 flat screen TV's - one with ROKU, an Alexa, washer/dryer in unit, beach chairs, towels, all linens and a fully-stocked kitchen - including a combo Keurig - coffee pot and pods! Just bring your swimsuit!

The view and location to the beach is so amazing! 3 steps to the sand. Dolphins spotted everyday! The place was clean and very comfortable.

Fine little apartment in the beach . Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer . Everything was clean and organized , only thing we purchased was food and some tissues . Morning walks . Sunsets . Bird sanctuary . Everything was perfect for relaxing vacation .

This place was amazing. Stunning view from the living area open the door and you are 139 easy steps to the water. Beautiful white sand lots of shells and quiet. The sunsets were amazing. The hosts were wonderful.

Host was very welcoming! The cottage is in perfect condition and very very clean. Full sized, well taken care of appliances, a Keurig for tea and coffee. Comfortable king size bed and enough space for toiletries. Being right on the beach is great big plus!

We had the most wonderful time!! Waking upbin the mornings to the beautiful view of the gulf was amazing!! Everything we needed and more was available. Communication from our host was great. We would definitely return for another vacation and stay longer next time.

We loved staying here at this clean and comfy cottage right on the beach and would like to return. We wish we had updated directions on the TV. Online directions said to use the magnovox remote but no remote or magnovox TV. Also minimal directions for closing. We are used to having a notebook with all directions in it.

Laurie was very communicative before our arrival (even with a holiday arrival!) and the unit was beautiful and well stocked. The view is absolutely gorgeous and we were lucky to catch some beautiful sunsets! We will definitely back in future!

This cozy beach house is as described and is perfect! Clean, kitchen has everything needed and more, bed was comfy, and you step out of the door onto the beach. Hosts are responsive and check-in was a breeze. Our trip was just too short!

We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay for our anniversary. Everything was just as described and had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and even checked in during a storm. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. We loved it!

This place is magic. We were on our honeymoon and it was perfect. Very homy decor and it had everything. Dishes and pans were great, as we did breakfast in. Beautiful view of beach and plenty of nice beach chairs. The bed was completely comfortable. We love it so much that we are coming back next year for our anniversary.

Energetic beach loving family that has been visiting Florida since we were children and are lucky enough to have beach rentals in Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores and Ft. Myers Beach. We are both Realtors licensed in Illinois, with Laurie also licensed in Florida. We love to get a break from the cold weather in the Chicago Suburbs with a few winter trips to the beach including long walks on the beach and fantastic sunsets with a cocktail!

This property is so special because it is quaint, old Florida style and located directly on the beach - ranch style with NO STAIRS and a covered parking space 10 feet from your door, so that you can literally have your suitcase in your bedroom and on the beach in 10 minutes! We love this location on the beach because it is more private and the ocean is so clear and turquoise blue/green! We have updated the kitchen/living room to make it an open floor plan with white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless steel appliance package and granite counters and breakfast bar. The bathroom is also totally remodeled with a walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. All off the furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new - as well as 2 flat screen TV's (ROKU in living room and Alexa) and high-speed wireless internet. You will love watching the sunset from the covered front porch or inside at the kitchen table - or start the day with a cup of coffee from either place!
