Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to use the washing machine on the last day of your stay at The Summit 1323 and that you felt your concern was not addressed. That’s certainly not the experience we strive to provide. After receiving your report, we sent our maintenance team to inspect the washer. They were unable to identify any issues, and the appliance has continued to operate normally without any reported problems from subsequent guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as guest feedback helps us ensure everything is working properly and allows us to continue providing the best experience possible. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

We're so glad you enjoyed our The Summit condo, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how frustrating being without water for a day can be. Unfortunately, the interruption was caused by a city-wide water main break that affected thousands of residents and visitors throughout the area. While the city worked to complete emergency repairs, some neighborhoods also experienced temporary power and air conditioning outages. As soon as we received confirmed information from the city, we sent updates to all in-house guests via both email & text to keep everyone informed as the situation evolved. We dispatched a team on Thomas Drive to deliver bottled water to affected guests while service was being restored. We understand unexpected utility outages can be disruptive, and we appreciate your patience during a situation that was beyond anyone’s control. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother stay in the future.
