Great location within walking distance to everything in downtown Newport. The apartment was clean and quiet. We would stay again.

Great spot. Cozy as expected but updated and can’t beat location. Parking can be a little tricky but doable. Easy check in and check out, and had everything we needed.

I had a perfectly seamless stay in the studio! It was very clean and the location was prime- right by a bunch of shops and restaurants in the heart of Newps. My only qualm was that the microwave plug couldn’t reach the outlet and the walls are pretty thin.

We had several issues regarding cleanliness, noise and security during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no functional lock on neither the main door of the building (that is regularly left wide open), nor on the door at the top of the stairs leading to all apartments. If this is a typical part of this space, that needs to be included in the listing. Additionally, there is not a functional door handle or peep hole on the apartment door, providing very little precautions beyond the keypad lock. The listing also states a balcony available but does not indicate that it is shared and is located directly in front of the studio. As a result, when in use by other guests, they are right outside the window and the blinds to this specific window do not offer complete privacy. Further, the bedding and towels had several stains, the hand soap in the bathroom was nearly empty, and there was trash and shoes left on the balcony. The final inconvenience was that internet connection using the provided WiFi credentials was inconsistent throughout the stay. Ultimately, all issues were raised to the host on the first night and he offered a 25% refund for inconveniences and also had our sheets and towels replaced. For these reasons, our rating of the space is not lower, though we wouldn’t recommend the stay and would not return.

The location is great. However, it is pretty noisy. Guests from other rooms have access to the balcony right in front. Unfortunately during our stay they partied until 2 am. I contacted the host and he spoke to them. Make sure you get the full instructions on how to access the room. There are more steps to the keypad unlocking process then you are given.
