Welcome to Pine Needles! This five-bed, five-bath house in Watercolor is the perfect beach retreat for your family, comfortably sleeping 12. Our newly remodeled home is the epitome of luxury in WaterColor. Pine Needles embodies a sense of privacy rarely found in WaterColor with a fenced-in courtyard complete with a fire pit and grilling area.

On the interior, this luxurious home offers high-end appliances (Wolf, Bosch and Subzero), quartz countertops, marble tile in all bathrooms, grey-stained wood flooring throughout, and designer furniture and fixtures.

The first floor includes an open concept living area, a large Master Suite (King Bed), and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The second story offers 2 large Guest Suites (one with a King Bed and the other with 2 Queens) and a Bunk Room for the kids. The Carriage House (King Bed) offers a spacious, private space and a full bathroom.

With high ceilings and a bright interior, it is sized to allow ample room for up to 10 people to spread out and enjoy this paradise. The chef of the group will be overjoyed to see the efficient layout of the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and a gas range. After whipping up a delicious breakfast, guests can head out to the amazing Watercolor pool and lounge in luxury while wading in refreshing waters. Plus, the beach is right there for some sandy toes and sun-kissed skin!

An initial supply of paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, trash bags. You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.

A fully equipped kitchen including a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along thirty plus miles of paved walk/run/bike paths which stretch out on 30A. You'll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops and fine dining are within cycling distance. Just about a 2.5 miles to Seaside Market, 2.5 miles from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.


The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
